My wife and I stayed at the Diar Lemdina 5-12th Dec 2008. We went for some winter sun and quite time. Well we found quite time in abundance but the sun was playing hard to get. There were warmish days but not sunbathing days – but clearly the hotel has no control over the weather. What they do have is...

My family and I have just got back from Tunisia and stayed at Diar Lemedina hotel and found the staff exceptional. They certainly are more polite than most english people I meet in hotels in this country. The hotel was clean and well looked after. We had our rooms cleaned every day and clean towels every day. The hotel pool...

As beng a frequent World traveller we decided to book this hotel as it said it can cater for family. It all started from the transfers as the hotel told us to call them one day before flying and arrange for a transfer which we did. As we got to tunis airport we were received by an agent from the...

We have just returned from a 1 week stay at this hotel on a half board basis. We generally only stay B+B at holiday destinations, preferring to try the local specialities rather than the 'appeals to all' buffets on offer but at just £20 extra for the full week for the half board option we decided that even if we...

Like the other guests we spoke to, we were gobsmacked by the excellent reviews this place has got. We stayed in a 2 bed appartment. It was very large and the maids did a good job keeping it clean (leave a daily tip of 2 Dinar on the pillow to get the best service). Beds were generally hard. The water...

We thought the hotel was pretty good, and good value. The staff were all friendly despite it being Ramadan. We had a huge apartment in the Sidi Bousaid area, with a separate living room, bedroom and kitchen, a balcony and a massive hall just for 2 of us. It was cleaned daily and fairly quiet. We only booked breakfast in...

This is a friendly and warm hotel. The staff are particularly friendly and helpful. 24hour reception is a big bonus and the currency exchange is just as good as anywhere else in the surrounding area. They go out of their way to help you and never beg for tips. The food - Very standard buffet for lunch and dinner. It...

We booked this holiday based on the reviews on Trip Advisor, with numerous people stating a 5 Star quality hotel. However this hotel was no where near 5 Star quality, more like 2 to 3 star and the most. First impressions when entering were impressive surroundings and entrance, and the hotel reception was spacious and cool. Looking closer however, it...

I Stayed at the Diar Lemdina Hotel in a 4 bedroom apartment with friends in the Sidi Bou Said section of the hotel. Our apartment was lovely - Room 1339, it has the best views ever. The apartment was cleaned everyday, and had most things you needed. There were a few problems on the first day, which were sorted out...

We travelled to the Diar Lemdina as a family of two adults and 2 children (11 & 9) for two weeks. We stayed in a two bedroomed apartment, and paid the extra for half board. We all absolutely loved the hotel, our apartment was situated in the Abi Bou Said area in the Medina, which was about a 5 minute...
