Nice big rooms with good aircon. We had a pool access room which was nice. The pool is sparkling clean and huge. There are 2 similar blocks, each built around a pool. The breakfast was adequate and the staff friendly. My only complaint is that the room could have been cleaner. The fridge had not been cleaned inside and the...

We had a booking at another hotel that fell through quite late at night, so we tried Phuket Sea Resort and they were wonderful. They gave us rooms right near the pool. Not all the rooms face the pool, so ask for one it may costs a little more but it's worth it. You do need 1000bt cash as a...

Have stayed twice here -reasons why-the price suits me for my 1 week stays here. I love the huge pools-possible to have a great swimming workout because they are long enough to do so. Breakfast is okay-not a huge selection but tasty enough esp when there are a couple of busloads of tourists. It is setback from the road so...

Spent only 1 night, had to wait for our transfer ferry to Koh Phi Phi. The resort is quiet, only a few people were there. The room (B22) was nice and clean, although the air conditioning was not at its bestand the free safe was also out of order. There was very very hot. Don't recommend the minibar again, since...

If you are looking for a family resort, with peace and quiet and friendly helpful staff then you should try this resort. The beach at Rawai is not that good but there's plenty of beautiful beaches nearby. Restaurants are a plenty with freshly caught fish every day and freshly prepared food. The resort has a decent breakfast buffet including European...

We picked this resort because Rawai was quieter and we wanted to be away from the craziness of Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Good location close to Rawai Beach however the beach is undesirable. Lots of food, a great travel agent nearby and easy access to massage, other beaches and transportation. Hotel has potential but needs upkeep on the grounds and...

Location for this resort on a grand scale is superb, right opposite the beach and Nikita`s bar, everything was within walking distance, staff were very friendly, helpful , spoke good English. Breakfast was better than I expected with the buffet ( always a winner in my eyes ) Was a bit difficult to find up the stairs above reception, had...

Maids smashed my notepad 3. And of course denied it. Caught one of them going thru personal belongings the day before. Pools need cleaning. Grout work in pools will cut you to ribbons. Grounds keepers must have been fired long ago. Breakfast is shabby.. mng offered 500 baht for 6000 baht brand new notepad 3. Ridiculous!

The hotel is excellent for its setting at Rawai. You are in the middle of the action but it is not too noisy. Nice bar, beautiful pool, lovely garden. Rooms are clean if you do not look closely at the sink and areas not immediately within the reach of a randomly swept dust-cloth, bedding really good, minibar fair priced, shower...

This is the hotel I will never go back to. Amateur services, too expensive for what it offers, terrible hygiene standards. The towels are of grey color unless you insist you want white ones (better to show them an example). In my shower there was a cashew nut in the corner, probably left by previous guests a couple of months...
