Hotel's Favourite
We only stayed for 2 nights to have a couple of ‘resort style’ days out of bustling Patong. Lovely hotel, beautiful standard room, with large balcony. We had an ok view, but nothing amazing, you need to go up in rooms to get better view- eg: pool access or villas. Staff were all helpful and lovely, and beautiful buffet breakfast.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. We came here some friends to spend a part of our vacation. First of all the hotel smells very bad of urin and some other smell that none of us could take. My friend also got a room next to the garbage room on the lower floor and me and my brother got a very spacious room but with zero cozyness and didnt have any bed lights plus the floor hadnt been wet wiped in weeks and had still footprints on and some urin stain on the Toilet glass. But when We discovered that the Toilet started flooding we complained at the frontdesk. Luck i think was her name have both me and my friend an attitude and clearly shouldnt work at the front desk. However the cleaning staff were very nice and helpful and wiped the floor after asking. We still wanted to change room but was Denied . After two attempts and Half our stay spoiled they wanted to ”bribe” me if i got another room i should Sign and promise not to speak or write negative about the hotel. Sorry but i refuse to be bought. We ended up staying at the room with nun functioning Toilet. This hotel is so not worth the money. The Management should really have a better check and improve things. Breakfast was ok lots of quantity but less quality. Also they had super loud music at the pool so people who dont like that should avoid staying here. The pool area has a great view though and is nice. But will def not come back. The pros were that therr were severaö shuttles to patong and some of the staff were nice and friendly. We were here for our Honeymoon and this is a perfect place to stay and enjoy a romantic time. We have stayed in a private pool villa and its just perfectly met our expectations. The staff are very frindly 👏🏼👏🏼 Looking forward to visit again soon!!

Amazing and unique resort in Phuket, Thailand with lots of amenities. The Pool Villa is so elegant and comfortable with the private pool and jacuzzi and many amenities,I really enjoyed at Crest and had a wonderful experience. 😍 Your resort, villa rooms, amenities, food, and especially your staff and services are Amazing and Lovely. I would like to say Special thanks to Ms "Kukkik" for the lovely services & support 🤝 and whole staff are supportive,I never had experience like that, still there are many experience which I missed at Crest due to my package itinerary, I missed H2O pool, Prima wellness and SPA treatment and many things.... It was wonderful staying here. The food was great, the rooms were clean and staff were extremely helpful especially Jul! The only problem was our room’s AC which wasn’t working properly even after the fixing. Overall we enjoyed our honeymoon staying here.
