Dirty, nasty, rundown horrible place. Pictures do not show the state of this hotel which is more like a hostel. Wallpaper hanging off the walls, rot and mould in the rooms and staff that just do not care. Id strongly recommend not staying here, luckily we only had 2 nights booked and that was 2 to many.

Save yourself any bother and do not book here!! The pictures of this place look amazing but it's a world away from what you get. It's a total dirty dive and the staff vary from uninterested to totally unhelpful. Breakfast wow my dog wouldn't eat this and he eats stuff of pavements. No chairs as they are broken, nothing works but wait 3/4 days before anyone bothers, then replace with something else that doesn't work. So many motorcycles you can't get in or out, then you have to listen to them reving up and down ALL NIGHT LONG. Keep it real Fishermens Harbour and let customers know what they are really getting as this is a total miss sell!! This is a 2 star at best so please don't be fooled like us.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel! Rooms: I was surprised at how large the room was. The bed was comfortable, a few English movie channels on TV, and very clean! We stayed in building N and none of the balconies seemed to have patio furniture. Not a big deal to us, I'm sure if you asked they'd bring you some. We also never found it too noisy, it was like we were all alone in the building. Had a view of the ocean. It was nice, but the water is pretty far so it's nothing reaaallly special in my opinion. Wouldn't spend the money to upgrade. Resort: 2 pools, seemed like a chill pool and a "drinking" pool with the swim-up bar. Sometimes we were unable to find a seat, so we just left our towels and stayed in the pool. The pricing at the swim-up bar and poolside restaurant was fair. Not trying to charge you an arm and a leg just to stay on the resort. Lots of greenery! I enjoyed the scenery walking around and laying around the pool. Wifi worked well, nice and fast around the entire resort. Staff: All the staff were friendly! Chef Lam was such a nice man, he went out of his way to accommodate us when we were having some stomach issues (not related to their food). Housekeepers and bar staff were lovely. Front desk staff can seem a bit rushed even when no one is there, but friendly nonetheless. There is security staff, we were never asked to show a room key or confirm our stay. It's a super touristy area and we felt safe despite the lax security check. Location: Close to a market, restaurants, 7/11's, etc. We walked to Bangla one night and it was about 30 minutes, the mall there is about 20 minutes. Breakfast: Even though I loved this resort we booked online and paid for breakfast. DON'T DO THIS! Breakfast is free! I think they only charge you $5-10 online, but it's totally unnecessary. Breakfast had a good range of foods. It can get busy but never had an issue grabbing a clean table. Overall, would definitely visit here again!

The decor and ambiance of this hotel is immaculate. The reservation and check-in were easy enough. They do ask for a deposit of 1000 Baht upon check-in that will be given back at check out. I advise paying cash so you can get the cash back immediately and not have to wait for 2 weeks for it to post to your bank. The hotel is very clean and secure. This is very important to me being a solo female traveller. Patong Beach 🏝 is close and the hotel provides a shuttle to and from the beach at different times. This is very convenient for a beach lady bug like myself. Overall I like this hotel a lot and actually extended my stay. I would recommend it to solo, groups, or families traveling. The pool is DOPE. The vibe is nice too.
