The hotel is located at the very end of Patong Beach. In my opinion the best part of it. Very clean beach, clear blue water. The other end of the beach is very dirty, there are many boats. And you can't swim there. Here you leave the hotel, and across the road is the beach. It is very convenient. Opposite the hotel there is a shop where you can buy basic necessities. The hotel rooms are very large and in good condition; with lots of space and all of amenities we needed for comfortable stay. My room was on third floor with a great view of the main swimming pool. We also had a balcony . Comfortable mattresses and pillows; the bathroom has a shower and bathtub. There is a small refrigerator in the room. The breakfasts are good. There is always a choice. Delicious pastries and quality coffee. Tom Yum - is the best Tom yum on Phuket . I know what I am taking about. Thank you, chef Kom and thanks to everyone who works in the restaurant! My cleaning lady was very nice and very professional . Thank you very much ! All the staff at the reception are very professional. Thanks Eang for your help ! Separately, I want to thank a wonderful woman. This is the manager. She made me feel surrounded by care and attention. My gratitude knows no bounds. Thank you so much Chantima you made me feel at home! The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere . Very quiet place. All the staff are very friendly , professional and smiley . Service is outstanding . Thank you very much for my great vacation ! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends .

Our family drove all the way from Bangkok to Phuket, such long and tiring trip but the staff had made it so welcome and speedy check in. We have booked the connecting rooms on the first floor which once you open the back door the next step was beautiful swimming pool. The size of room is so huge as well as cozy bathroom we so loved. Our booking included breakfast with so much varieties to choose Our kids had great time. The location was good and convenient to anything around Patong areas. Having been working in hotel industry, this is one place I would recommended, indeed!!

I stayed at The Patong Paragon in the Phuket Sandbox scheme. The staff were fantastic and helped me complete the necessary documentation making the entire process easy. Upon arrival at the airport it was quicker than usual and I was in the limo the hotel provided for me within 30 minutes of landing. Immigration were friendly and helpful obviously happy to see tourists returning. The hotel is superb, all the rooms are big suites and I was given one with direct access to the huge swimming pool which is a big feature of the hotel. The staff are really so welcoming and friendly it makes me feel wonderful to be back in Phuket. The beach is beautiful. Despite Covid this is a great time to visit, better service, fewer tourists and the price to stay is ridiculously cheap. My price included really great breakfasts. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone, it has everything you need for a great holiday.

Always love to come back to this hotel...Big room, Cool Pool , Great Breakfast , and the surf beach is just 2 mins walk away. The best feature of the room I think is the tatami area with 2 big cushions and a Futong which we can use as day bed or gather around for a game of cards. will come back here again.

I make decisions based on reviews and I felt obligated to share my experience. My wife and I stayed the first two of the four nights we planned because I believed the staff really cared about our stay and did the best they could.   We went a night with no electricity, no staff in the hotel in the morning to report the problem, and cold water for a shower. We then moved to a room with no air conditioning, cold water again, and no power to the outlet for the TV (which was the only thing that was resolved after a few hours of repair). This came after we requested to be moved from the first room because of no electricity and which we thought was due to a storm. We realized that the resort had electrical issues after having the same electrical problems with the second room.   The most disappointing part of our ordeal is how we became project managers just to move the multiple processes along. It was a full-time job the entire stay! Other issues included the pool and fitness center were closed due to construction after they confirmed when I booked that everything would be completed. Also had to work hard to get the room with a sea view that we booked by the second night. I hope to provide details of what's mentioned in the additional notes so you can make your own assessment. Not sure how to do this but will see. This was not a culture of caring and excellence and it is likely to continue during YOUR stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location, close enough to walk to where all the attractions and activities are at the center of Patong, but yet at the top end of Patong Beach it is far enough from the crowd to have a quiet room to come back to. The room is very very spacious with a nice bathtub as well as a shower. Service is good and we just love the grand sunny swimming pool off the bedroom deck. It is worthwhile to pay a little bit more to stay in a pool access room on the ground floor.

I love this place. We stayed here for 6 nights and had a suite for 2 adults and 1 child. The room is huge with sitting room, dining area, massive bathroom and a double balcony. Our balcony overlooked the pool which was fantastic. Air conditioner worked beautifully and we had a small refrigerator. The rooms had recently been renovated and they looked amazing. Wifi was great. The pool was amazing. As the hotel was all around the pool, it was like it had it’s own atmosphere. We found it was less hot than outside the hotel. There was a swim up bar and Ace our bartender was fantastic. The poolside rooms look great and when we come back next time, we will definitely get a poolside room. The breakfast was huge with a large selection of both Western and Asian foods plus the wonderful egg station. The hotel is located at the end of the Patong square and is in a perfect location. The beach is just across the street and it is away from all the partygoers at Bangla Road. But it is a 20min walk or quick Tuk Tuk ride to Bangla Road and the shops. Heaps to do around the hotel with lots of great restaurants, massage shops and 7 elevens. I have been to Thailand 3 times now and this is my favourite places to stay in Patong. We will be back. Thank you.

Had a lovely stay at the Paragon Resort & Spa. Stayed for 7 nights and booked a pool access room. Room was clean, very spacious and had everything you needed. Bathroom was large and I loved the vanity area with a stool. Mattress was a little hard, but that’s the case in all Thai hotels. Air conditioner was not the most efficient but did the job. Pool was great! Large with lots of little areas to chill out. Staff were cleaning it over a couple of days and it improved during the stay. Swim up bar had cocktails for THB150 each which was reasonable. Staff were all polite and friendly. Would stay again and recommend others to stay that were looking for a place on the outskirts of Patong.
