This is the second time staying at BYD lofts and I’m reluctant to write this review as if it gets too popular we might find it difficult to get availability when we return. Everything about the hotel is excellent. It’s an oasis in the madness that is Patong but yet only minutes away from everywhere could could want to go (including the beach and Bangla) We were in Phuket for a total of 18 nights and 10 of them were in BYD, we wish we would’ve stayed longer. The staff, the room, the food are fantastic but in my opinion the standout feature of the hotel is the staff. Unbelievably helpful, polite and respectful. Also a huge bonus is the clientele that stay at the BYD, mostly European. And anybody who has visited Phuket recently will understand the significance of this fact. All in all can’t recommend BYD highly enough and 100% will stay when we return to Phuket.…

The best possible hotel to stay we loved every minute of our stay at this hotel . Staff were all so helpful & polite nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was also absolutely amazing as well. Cannot fault this hotel in anyway & I am booking to come back next year

This was our first time BYD Lofts (and Phuket) and what an amazing experience it was! From the moment we arrived, until the moment we left, we were made to feel very special. All the staff (and management) were so warm and friendly, with a great sense of humour too! Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and everything was done with such a lovely smile. The whole complex was spotlessly clean and always smelt nice. I could write pages of stuff but I think the fact that we will be returning next March, speaks for itself! Fantastic new year spent @BYDLOFTS see all my friends there from all over the world that go and stay there, this was my 30th stay there as i love it so much. After more than 2 years of covid-19 it is wonderful to see BYD full and sold out. The hotel has great atmosphere with so many people at the hotel and the food in the hotel and service from all the staff was beautiful . The whole hotel spotless clean, i have the full service for my room which was cleaned throughout everyday great credit to the cleaning staff who work very hard everyday . They also mainteance on hand 24 hours a day so if ever there was to be any small things that needed attention there was there within 5 minutes. Always a great selection of foods available for the buffet breakfast , lunch menu , and dinner, The bar staff very friendly and great fun to sit at the bar and they even make very tasty special cocktails. The rooms are so big and spacious it really like you have gone from home to home and makes the hotel feel like you are all part of a big family its a huge credit to the owners Hans & Alex and you could not meet nicer people very friendly and welcoming , I very much look forward to seeing everyone again when back at the end of June. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay to all the staff in every department that took care of me and I see you all soon…

This was a fantastic place to stay. Spacious apartment, quiet location, comfortable bed. Service from the staff was faultless. We were able to borrow an international power adaptor. On our last morning our pickup was at 7am and they allowed us to have an early breakfast before their usual breakfast opening time which was very appreciated. Coffee machine at breakfast makes great coffee.

We stayed in BYD lofts as couple. We found this property at best location. Everything easy to reach. Best part was room and hospitality. When we reached hotel, 2 staff were waiting to help us. Check in was smooth and we were placed in a lovely one bedroom apartment. It had a complimentary fruit basket. When we went for breakfast and informed staff that we are vegetarian, staff arranged good fried rice for us . Front desk staff helped us for our tourism needs, arranging taxi, talking to taxi driver in local language and helped us to the best possible extent. We always remember the courteous staff, good location and lovely interior of BYD.

LOcation,cleanliness , staff....evrything was perfect !!!The apartments were cleaned daily to perfection.The restaurant is very tasty and with very reasonable prices. The apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood and perhaps the cleanest street in Patong. I will come back as soon as possible again in BYD Lofts.

Clean, modern hotel with a lux feel. Excellent rooms. Friendly staff. Great location within short walking distance of the beach, good restaurants, and Bangla road. Attached restaurant is quite nice if a bit pricy. Also attached wine shop has a really great selection with reasonable prices.
