if you keep expectations low then you might be surprised. Honestly expecting better for the rating of the hotel. Best part close to the beach short 2 min walk. Typical buffet breakfast. If want hot food be there at 6:30 am. Staff some very nice others rude. Hot tubs on bottom floor nice if lucky to get one . Noisy for everyone else! Beds good, pillows good, shower toilet tub nice surprise. Had room facing sunny side. I liked that! beach clothes dried out fast and morning coffee !! Top floor pool Yes loved this part! Best steak next door at Sears & co., Best burger @Big Boys Burger Club hands down the best in all of Asia!!! Tuk Tuk 2-300 if walking is an issue to Hard Rock Cafe. Nicely equipped workout gym!

Excellent hotel great location and very good customer service. The bar staff are excellent, especially May. The rooms are very generous in size, well maintained and modern contemporary in style. The infinity rooftop pool is excellent with plenty of loungers. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. I would throughly recommend the Charm and would return.

I had the amazing pleasure to stumble across this beautiful hidden hotel, all I can say it was awesome. I booked the Junior Suite, it had two balconies, separate bedroom and living areas and was extremely spacious and comfortable. From the first instance upon arrival I was surrounded by friendly and smiling faces. The staff all along were courteous and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet breakfast is vast with plenty of choices, however I must admit that I managed to dine in on one Wednesday night when they had their Roast Buffet night, all you can eat and a wonderful spread of variety, sweet, savory and fruits. Needless to say Happy Hours were a bonus :):) I enjoyed my two weeks, mostly relaxing on the top floor at the Infinity pool deck, and a few quiet Chang along the way. Well to all the staff and management at The Charm Resort, a big thank you from me. Oh bye the way, I have now already booked two weeks in April 2024 for SongKran and booked a Junior Pool Access Suite. So I can't wait. See you then.. …

Great casual laid back resort. Great location. Far enough from chaos of Bangla Rd but only 15 min away. Unbeatable location. 1 min walk to amazing section of Patong beach. Wonderful rooftop pool with the most amazing, unmatched view of all of Patong and Patong beach. Comfortable, spacious rooms, all with balconies. Extensive, delicious buffet breakfast. But most of all, what makes this resort really stand out and is the kindness of the service and of all staff. Everyone is very helpful and kind and hospitable, especially Jo at the breakfast restaurant. He is wonderful.

Had a fabulous time at the Charm Resort. Great resort with well appointed and very clean facilities. Staff were amazing, particularly Jo in the hospitality section. Brekky each morning was varied and delicious with a good combination of western and local selection. Great swimming pool for cocktails and sunsets.

Cant fault the place. Every member of staff was friendly and went out of way to help. Rooms are clean spacious and comfy. Roof top pool and bar staff were great Rooms were cleaned daily . Great location too.

Great hotel in the quiter North end of Patong. Its a 20 min walk to bangla rd or you can catch a tuk tuk. Big rooms, full size fridge, comfortable beds, big bathroom. Staff are helping and friendly. Breakfast is good with all the basics and plenty of choice. The rooftop poll has amazing viewd

A gem at Patong Beach. Great value for money. Hotel staff are amazing. The beach is right across the road. Short walk to all the nightlife. Taxi and Tuk Tuk service available just outside resort. Rooftop pool with swim up bar the place to be of an evening to watch the sunset. We will definitely be back.

On arrival staff were really friendly and helpful checked in to our swim up pool room with a king size bed and large single bed, massive bathroom with both bath and separate rainfall shower! The room also had a large fridge freezer and separate sink to wash up in with tea and coffee so pretty much everything you could want! Room was kept spotlessly clean by the lovely house keeping staff! We used the rooftop infinity pool and bar several times and it has a stunning view! The food was really nice up there as well with a great choice of food and drinks! Will definitely stay here again when we return
