Had 5 nights here. Good location, approx 10-15min from Bangla road. Staff very friendly and breakfast had a great variety. The hotel is quite dated and in need of maintenance. We stayed in a pool access room and this would be my only recommendation. The other rooms looked too outdated. Overall, good for the price and had direct access to the pool

From check in to check out we had a wonderful stay with very accommodating staff our main reason choosing gracelands was for the kids club it was even more of bonus when we found it to be FREE and so many activities for them our daughter was so comfortable with the staff she loved being able to just pop in for the activities she liked and also had extra activities to pick big shout out to Dino Asha Kelvin and Josie as you guys made it such an enjoyable stay 🥰 The resort it self had so much to offer multiple pools and swim up bars with excellent happy hour cocktails 🍹 another huge positive is where gracelands is located everything is a short walk or tuk tuk

They always have a good smile and supported everything so that we can always rest comfortably. They always responded immediately to our needs The bed in the room was really soaked and everything we needed was ready. I was happy to give more blankets as extras.

Only had overnight here as staying at Khao lak but def will return as we loved location easy to to everything facilities were excellent staff very helpful room good size & very clean didn’t get to swim in pool due to time but it looked great large resort but well layer out & opposite beach

Pathetic employees.Rude to the core. They misrepresented the room and gave backyard view when asked for refund denied . They lack in basic etiquettes they won't even serve water to you. The food breeds mosquitos and they don't care. Ultimately once you pay they will be immune to you will not treat you as a guest and just speak to you badly and turn down all your request.

first time traveling to Phuket, booked at Graceland. perfect location, opposite beach and walking distance to so many great places. Saff amazing! I left our room safe open one morning with cash and passports, as I was running back our housekeeper had called security and was waiting for them to contact us. so thankful! would highly recommend to couples and families. we travelled with 2 late teens and they loved as much as we did!

Loved our stay at the Graceland Phuket , lovely family resort with a variety of pool areas to choose from , catered for everyone . Lovely big rooms with balcony.Within easy walking distance to all the action if that's what you want. Across the road from the Beach., not too noisy . Great eneyertainement Kelvin and Dino were fantastic , they "ve provided so much fun and entertainement, from the daily aerobics and volleyball or basketball in the pool , to Kelvins acrobatics and amazing tricks which were very entertaining. Most of all they were fun , friendly , engaging and super happy .we Loved the guys.

Lovely hotel - although dated . Walking distance to great pubs and restaurants and beach. Breakfast buffet was beautiful and fresh . I celebrated a special birthday and the hotel left me a beautiful cake in my room - thank you for a lovely holiday .

This property is in desperate need of maintenance. You'll find several areas with tiles missing, water features empty and not operating and mouldly walls. Many areas havnt seen a fresh coat of paint in years. The lobby if full of old unused furniture and the staff were not helpful what so ever. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, however also need maintenance having scratched floors and walls etc. With the attention it deserves this place could be restored to its former glory. If not, it will be left behind.

The Kids club crew Ayeshia, Dino and Kelvin with our kids. What an awesome welcoming and great team, always so nice and friendly made our kids feel special every day. Family room was adequate for a family of 4. Pools were clean, however maintenance on the skypool prevented us from using it, which was disappointing. Breakfast after more than 5 days gets a bit boring. The food was not always the best but the selection of freshly cooked eggs was great. Whilst exterior is dated, (but constantly been renovated) the interior of rooms is nice. Just outside the resort there are some nice restaurants to visit, Foukets, Smiles, and also a cart that sells nice yummy pancakes. There is also a crew of Thai that can offer you Taxi services upon request. Overall, Graceland Resort & Spa is a nice affordable location that I can say wholeheartedly would come back again with the family. …
