The Guest House has been recently renewed and finely furnished. The Guest House is one of the cheapest Patong hotels and the quality of our rooms exceeds anything in this price range in Phuket. Please note our standard rooms are those pictured on the pages and are accurate and recent. We have upgraded these rooms significantly over the last month and we believe they offer outstanding value for money amongst similar priced Patong hotels. Our Rooms are all big size and they consists of a luminous and modern open space of 32mq with a comfortable large King bed size, one sofa, a working desk, a satellite TV, free wi-fi internet connection inside and outside the rooms, air conditioning with remote control, big ceiling fan, medium fridge, minibar, electronic safety box, private bathroom with hot and cold water, external balcony, cleaning service everyday. The Guest House is situated just four hundred meters from the heart of town, minutes from the beach and from the night life and opposite one of the largest shopping and entertainment complexes in Asia, the amazing 'Jungceylon'.Some Patong hotels want you to get a taxi to the beach, shopping or nightlife, we don't, you can walk to everything this town has to offer from here or you can rent from us automatic motorbikes at bargain prices. You can also enjoy esquisite italian or thai food in the restaurant on the basement floor, price range from 40 baht to 119 baht just the cheapest on all Island, or you can just relax in our coffee shop: free wifi and confortable seats.Check our Attraction Map to see what is nearby and what on the Island is valuable to visit. There is a bewildering choice of things to do around the island, and there are also many suppliers wanting to sell you Phuket tours. Some are good and some are bad. Our tour desk actively seeks out the best things to do here and tests each provider and rates the experience. If they are good enough, they get our approval and are placed in our own Phuket tours desk "recommended list". You could spend hours shopping, to save a few baht on a Phuket tours, but your on holiday and wading through the tatty leaflets on hot roadside stalls is probably not the best use of your time here. Much better to spend half an hour with our tour desk staff. Maybe over a drink, in our air-conditioned coffee area or in the comfort of your room. Where you can book, what you want to do most and let use take care or all the details for you. Also when booking Phuket tours, ask about some of the "off piste" tours and trips. Thanks to our wide experience we can arrange unique tours for you at bargain prices. Our receptionist speaks English, Italian, Thai.Services: Coffee Shop, Free Wifi, Italian and Thai Restaurant, Motorbike rental, laundry service, scenic booking tours, taxi to and from the airport, in-house massage service.

The place was cheap but personally really wish I payed that little extra for a better hotel/area. Our air conditioner stopped working and they had told us they couldn’t do anything until the next day. We ended up figuring out what was wrong and went to let them know the next morning and they said “we knew this whole time, just wanted you to suffer”. The smell in the area was absolutely horrible And the garden mentioned is more of a swamp. The beds were really uncomfortable, our single bed was more of a ensemble base without the mattress. It was close to the beach and shopping centres which was handy. Probably would have a better experience if you’re only staying for a short amount of time We left about 3 weeks earlier then intended.

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the little gestures such as complimentary mineral water/coffee and soap/shampoo were much appreciated. Good location too as it was located about a 10-min walk to Jungceylon mall. If I had to nitpick it would be that the accommodation area is situated about a few minutes walk away from the lobby/main hotel. Other than that, a very value-for-money accommodation in Patong!

It was enough. Enough if you only want to sleep and refresh. It was cheap. The walking distance to Patong Beach is like 15 minutes. This area has so many 7-Eleven, Family Mart and massage parlour. On the other side, it charged an extra 3% for cards transaction which is stupid in this age. The room lacks basic item such as not enough coffee (eg: 3 coffee for 5 bed, 4 soup for 5 bed and etc.). The receptionist aren't available 24 hours which is common for small hotels. And worst of all, air conditioner feels like it wasn't there at all. We tried living it open for 10+ hours. Ended up same temperature before we left although it was set to the lowest. Luckily they have a working fan. Hence, it was a mixed feelings. I like but sometime I hate it.

I stayed at The Guest House for just under a week and found that it was perfect for what I needed. Price was very low but my room was huge! It was clean, secure, good facilities and very comfortable. Myself and some friends booked for 3 nights but prolonged our stay and the staff were happy to keep us in the same rooms which was very helpful as didn’t fancy re locating! The hotel itself is in an excellent location and close to everything you could need in Patong. I was able to be picked up from the reception for tours and transfers which was very helpful. There are multiple shops, tourist offices and bars just meters up the road. Overall had a very pleasant stay here.

Stayed here for 4 days. All the attractions of Patong like Patong Beach, bangla road, banzaan market, jungceylon mall, cafes, bars and spas are like 20 minutes away on walking distance plus the surrounding area is fully packed with other shops, tour guides and restaurants so 10/10 on location. We stayed in the room of 4 people with garden view. The room itself was pretty big with plenty of space in cupboards, drawers, a mini fridge and kettle provided. An attached washroom with adequate facilities and hot shower available. The a/c worked fine. Outside the room, a table and 3 benches are provided if you want to have a cup of tea or smoke a cigarette in open air. The cleaning lady comes in the morning every day and the reception is also very helpful. The room itself is away from the hustle and bustle of Patong in a quiet and peaceful place. You may encounter a few garden bugs because of the plants in backyard so just keep the backdoor closed and ask for a bug spray from reception it’s no big deal. Overall, excellent room for backpackers and people on budget who are more interested in exploring the town, islands, beaches and life of Phuket in day and evenings and need a comfortable bed to sleep at night.

It’s not that bad, it’s good, close to everything, like 5 mn or less with bike to get to bangla road. Also it’s not expensive. The area is safe. The room is big and clean. You have a small garden when you can sit.

The house is very basic with 4 bedrooms and 3 showers and toilets. It’s within walking distance of Jungceylon, Super C and Dahood Markets. The Wifi was good enough. We found it adequate as we just used it as a place to sleep.

I booked the double bed room there with description "very large room" 1 day before I planned to arrive and stay there, and when I arrived they told me any story that someone has called to cancel a room and because they didn't know who was calling they canceled my room and gave me when I arrived a room in a hostel in the neighborhood without space, no refrigerator, no TV, nothing, but I got this information only after I made the check-in at the Guest House and paid full as booked before. So it's a kind of fraud house maybe, I didn't like it but I needed a space to sleep at night, it was very annoying.

When we arrived at the hostel they didn't have the right twin room we ordered so they found us another room meaning we had to stay in two separate rooms. These rooms were fine. Old furniture but there were a few stains on the sheets. Water pressure was a slightly poor too. We then got moved to another room the day after which was nicer and newer described as a "twin" room. This had a double bed and a single bed but the single bed couldn't be slept in as it was far too small and far too uncomfortable. The shower facilities in this second room were very poor as the shower head was halfway up the wall meaning a tall person like myself struggled to shower. When we left they tried to charge us more for the extra room we had to use the first night despite it being their fault that it wasn't ready.
