It seems I was given a small standard room rather than the deluxe room I had booked, looking again at the pictures on booking.com . A very small room, quite dark as the window only looked out onto the wall of the building 5ft away so had no direct light. As it also faced a window in the next building, I kept the curtains closed when in the room. It also had a bad smell the first night, which did disappear, once the room had been occupied for a day The small bed was bad, one side creaked & groaned whenever you moved on it. A very small bathroom which was quite grotty. The room had very little sound insulation. I was woken up every single night by the people upstairs above me 12am-2am. If the hotel was busy, I'm certain the noise issues would be a lot worse however I spent my 1st evening here looking for other hotels for my remaining 2 nights in Patong, before deciding to put up with it, rather than pay for another hotel I wouldn't stay here again, I would pay more for better accommodation

Firstly we has booked a room with twin bed when upon arrival the receptionist informed us that they cannot provide twin bed room but only double bed and they wernt prepared to compensate or try correct there mistake. Neither were they apologetic about this. After this scenario there was mo issues untill the final day if our stay. We had to water for the whole afternoon, evening and night. This was a huge issue for us as we were promised that the water will be back within an hour. We had gone to the beach and came back early evening and still no water was available. Upon questioning the staff we were SHOUTED AT AND SPOKEN TO INAPROPIATLEY AND SWORN AT. All I had requested was they arrange some type of water replacement whether that even meant providing bottled water. However they seemed to become increasing frustrating with us and told us to check out and leave and that this wasnt their problem. They had also statted swearing at us as we turned our backs to them to go to our rooms. I have never experienced such bad service and I am utterly appalled. The least I would expence from any service is professional and polite manner in communication and I am so disappointed in this. I had taken a video on my phone of the partial incident.

Pros: Near to shopping area. Cons: We booked 2 room and luckily were given on the 2nd floor, coz their tiny lift are in a dangerous state. They even mentioned that their lift breaking down often. Many cockroaches and unknown insects at that old hotel. Not able to sleep as there are mosquitoes in our room. We managed to killed in total roughly around 15 mosquitoes. YES that bad!!!! They gave us insect repellent and expect us to spray it at our on accord. Dirty hotel. Didn't clean my room, no change of towels and water mineral the next day. We got to asked for it. Breakfast for the 2 days are the same. They only served 2 slices bread, omelette, small portion salad and a coffee. And that is it. Please AVOID at all cost!

I stayed at this hotel on 3 previous occasions without a problem and found the staff and cleaners friendly and trustworthy . But on my most recent and definately my last stay i had 4000baht and $200 AUD stolen from the safe in my room. Because i had a flight early the next morning to Chiang Mai i knew exactly how much money was in the safe. They did not take all of the money in the safe probably thinking i would not notice so it was obviously one of the cleaners. I reported it to the reception and the cleaners were asked if they knew anything about it which they thought was a big joke and laughed. The guy at reception told me the safe can not be opened without the correct code or the key but after a bit of research on Youtube the cheap kind of safe the hotel uses can be easily opened without a key or the code by hitting it in on the top with your hand in the correct spot.As i had a flight early the next morning and probably would have been a waste of time anyway i did not get the Police involved. After staying here a few times before in recent years without incident and thought i could trust the staff and cleaners i am extremely disappointed and will never stay at this hotel again.

Budget hotel with clean room - safety box, mini fridge, tv, water and wifi. A short walk to banzaan fresh and night market. I love the rain shower in the bathroom. Many shops, restaurants and tour agency in the area, a good location for food and shopping. Overall, a good value place to stay in patong.

I stayed here for a week with my partner. First impression wasn't the best at the man on reception wasn't very chatty and appeared to be abit rude. For the price you pay the rooms are fantastic! Cleaned daily with fresh water bottles topped up in the mini fridge. Lovely and cosy big bed, tv, big room.. couldn't ask for anything more! Very friendly women on reception we had a laugh with and after a few days the man on reception seemed to crack a smile here and there. Very much worth the money! Would 100% recommend.
