Currently staying here for 16 nights, it’s a SHA+ hotel so ok to stay during Covid 19 pandemic, we visited two years ago to see the rooms and intended to stay here last Xmas new year but obviously that went down the pan. The location is fantastic right on the beach, staff are great during very hard times, any request is seen to straight away, small pool with hamaks and beds around , food is great and the coffee shop is great, we’ve got a delux sea view room and it’s large with a balcony over looking the fantastic Patong beach, we came over here on the Thailand pass and the hotel helped us set up when we arrive. Great price so far we are very happy with our choice, 7/11 right next door and a few bars , restaurants over the road .

We was luck to visit this hotel as part of a marketing campaign We paid less than US$130 for 7 nights breakfast and dinner included. We needed to be present at a marking presentation that was about 5 hours. We know about it and this was the reason we got the accommodation so cheap. It was a hard sell but not aggressive. The accommodation was awesome. We had a suite with a separate bedroom, separate bathroom then and huge are that was divided in the bar/serving area a kitchenette and a living area. The staff never bothered us with signing up accept for the presentation. The local is the best, walking out of the front door you are a few steps from the road separating the beach and the build-ed areas. It was about 20 step(including crossing the road) to be on the beach. The dinning are was manage by Indians and breakfast was not a huge spread but sufficient enough. Lunch however was awesome, We could have chosen any appetizer, main and desert from their entire menu. And every night we sat down for dinner but we could choose when they need to send our deserts to our room. After dinner we took a stroll and when returning we just inform them that the desert could be sent up to our room. We made long lasting friend with staff Thai staff working their that we are still friends with. We have had and enjoyable stay here and will recommend this hotel any time.

Must have been a very nice hotel in the past, when I visited it. All the furniture and a lot of hotel items were for sale. (I even own some of them)The hotel is currently under reconstruction...So you will have to look for another nice hotel close to the beach.

Ok we arrive around 11.30 pm.we were greatee by the reception and got shown to our room. We are a family of four. The rooms are two rooms with a connecting door. The rooms are big and decent. The bathrooms r nice. They clean your bed and give you two free water bottels every day. Ok what i didnt like about this place. 1.the pool is green.i know the beach is across the road but when it is in the middle of the day its way to hot to go to the beach espically if you have children. 2.we r located right across the bars. Good to see people r having fun at 3am. We are located right across

We booked via the timeshare introduction offer which meant we paid very little for a weeks stay including breakfast. The hotel is a low rise right on the beach on the far end of the main strip away from Bangla Rd and conveniently located next to beach, bars, restaurants, strip shopping, massage, chemist and 10-15 minute walk to most places in town. The hotel provides a regular convenient circular shuttle service to the other end of the beach strip, Bangla Rd, and to the main shopping complex and back which we used a couple times most days we were there. The hotel is only about 6-7 years old but starting to look a bit tired, I guess its the climate and building materials used. We were advised they weren't spending any money on it at the moment except for essentials because the hotel will be closing for a full renovation in a few months time. The rooms are spacious, a huge kingsize+ bed, had great fast reliable Wi-Fi (included), well air-conditioned, nice balcony and had all the essentials except no in room safe (individual safes available at reception). Housekeeping service was spot on and the room cleaned thoroughly every day including a complete change of linen. I am not a fan of the heat, so they willingly provided a token to stick in the power switch on the wall so we could keep the aircon running 24/7, even while we were out. The breakfast buffet choice in the beach facing café was limited & wasn't anywhere near the standard of the large Bangkok/KL/Singapore chain hotels but definitely more than adequate and the staff friendly and attentive. Juices, fruit, cold meats cheeses, fried rice congee salads cereals pikelets toast pastries etc There is an egg station where you can have your eggs/omelettes prepared to order. We didn't use the pool but other people's kids really seemed to enjoy it and it looked clean and well maintained. Patong is a noisy place generally and anywhere along the strip is noisy. Most street facing rooms in this hotel would suffer somewhat from noise. At home we live in a CBD location so noise wasn't an issue for us. If a quiet location is on your essential list, then this isn't the place for you and you are probably better off finding a resort a bit out of town. Part of the deal *which we fully understood when we took the offer* was to visit another hotel and sit through a presentation on timeshare. The salesman was pleasant & friendly and while keen to get a sale not overbearing or pushy and even gave us a day or two to mull over the offer without pressure. Overall an enjoyable experience in a three to three and half star hotel in its current state. With renovation it would get a higher rating.

We visited the hotel in February with friends to celebrate our joint 30th wedding anniversaries. When we made the reservation on Groupon we were rather skeptical as it was so reasonable. We knew that we had to give just over an hour of our time for a presentation - an hour is cheap at the price based on the service we received. The guys from Absolute Resorts were fantastic. They assisted us in planning our tours, advised us on where to go and what to see. We mentioned that the bed was really hard. When we returned to the hotel a couple of hours later a mattress topper had been added making the bed really comfortable. The staff were friendly and so accommodating - even remembering which of us had tea or coffee with breakfast. I would most definitely recommend a stay here. Yes - the hotel is a little old but had everything we needed for our 7 night stay.

This hotel is situated at the edge of paradise. Magnificent views over the ocean and located at the quiet end of Patong Beach. The staff were magnificent and only too pleased to help. I travelled with my wife and had the wonderful experience of celebrating New Year with the local people which involved water fights, so if you don't mind getting wet you will have a ball. The hotel is a bit run down and in need of a TLC. Our room was large and ideal for us. We watch as the pool turned from green to black and then closed due to health reasons.

Just returned to Cape Town from a 6 day stay at the Sea Pearl Resort, and we had a really great time. Our room unfortunately faced the bars but closing the curtains and balcony door helps to drown out the noise. Found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly, and best of all the location was brilliant with the beach a 10 second trip from the front door of the hotel across the beach. Listened to the sales pitch, although it sounded like a good deal, it was too costly for me and I could not afford it so turned them down, but none the less still received good service after that. Thank you! Traveled with my wife and 4 y old son.
