What a wonderful resort and what beautiful staff that the resort has working for them. A special call out to one of the staff, Womil Gappi, who was outstanding in making our stay relaxing. The food was plentiful and delicious and the same with the drinks. The resort was the cleanest we have come across. The staff were wonderful, always welcoming and smiling I would highly recommend this resort

The Marriott Merlin have far exceeded all our expectations. We have previously stayed ar the hotel prior to the marriott takeover and was overwhelmed by the many improvements management have made. It is now most definitely the superior resort to stay in if travelling to Phuket particularly for young family’s. The management team there really have put a soul back into the resort with the service, food and organisation surpassing all expectations. Thank you Pete and team for a pleasant stay.

Our time at Phuket Merlin beach was fabulous the facilities were excellent along the staff a special thanks to lovely ladies that cleaned our room. Pun Pun and Fah. The live singers in the lounge each evening provided excellent entertainment and made the evening that much more enjoyable. The service staff were very welcoming and attentive such as Jeab, Fernny and lovely Warm to name a few. We will be back

Absolutely phenomenal holiday at this excellent resort. We have travelled all over the world and have never experienced hospitality and service like here. My husband and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here and could not fault anything. Our celebratory dinner at DOCG was like dining in Italy. The special dessert, flowers, bed decorations etc. were special touches. Our group of 8 were on an all inclusive package and we highly recommend it. The choice of restaurants and bars was outstanding value. As mentioned, the staff members made the holiday so memorable, their happy smiling faces every day were a delight. Too many to mention, but huge praise to the following, Joao, Natalie and Cindy at front desk, Warm, JJ and Nina at Merchant Kitchen, Luca, James and all staff at DOCG, Thai Pantry, Boom and Pooh, Gift and Johnny in the lounge, ALL the rum shack staff, especially NINA. Jeremy, your F&B options and visions for the future are/sound amazing. The grounds and pools are very well maintained and the rooms are a great size and very well appointed. Just had 7 days at this most wonderful resort. From the moment we checked in nothing was too much trouble for the staff & our every request was met with positivity & a smile. The facilities are great & for a large resort at near capacity we never felt overcrowded in the pools, beach, bars or restaurants. we had the all inclusive package and the choice & quality of the food and beverages was excellent. Could not fault any of the staff in the whole resort but special mention to Warm& JJ in Merchant kitchen & Nina at Rum Shack who made us feel special everyday - thanks to all for a lovely holiday

Travelled here with a group of 8 friends for a 40th wedding anniversary celebration. We could not have chosen a better location. Everything has been PERFECT. ALL the staff here are aaamazing!!!! Nothing is too much trouble. Special mention to the following , Natalie and Joao GSM, Nina, JJ and Warm in Merchant kitchen, Nina at the Rum shack, Pu at Pool bar. Also shout out to great chef Luca and Nadear and James, Tee and Nok at DOCG who made our friend’s celebration dinner so memorable.
