We generally had a great stay and hopped from one pool to another. We were traveling with an infant and staff was extremely accommodating to our needs. Though we felt beach wasn't the best. Great food & cocktails!
I fully recommend this hotel, location is great for Golf, nightlife and restaurants. The staff were amazing and the club lounge is well worth paying the extra money for. The Breeze Spa experience was just incredible and I had 3off the best massages I have ever had…… I definite must.
I usually leave the reviews to.my husband,i am complelled to review this this time . This place is lovely though the panademic fatigue is apparent in a few areas. The room is a little tired. Some attention to detail would be needed to meet their advertised star status. Staff are wonderful: polite accomodating and thoughtful. My only gripe is the time of daily room: as late at 5.23 pm... called at asked for earlier attendeance made no difference. I understand it is a first world problem 😕 but it is getting to me. Other issue is they should consider an adults only pool especially at the clubhouse, some days it was like a kindergarten 🙄. Still staff in clubhouse were just terrific.thanks for all you are doing to make our holiday enjoyable 😉.
An amazing experience with comfort and relaxed feeling enabling us to cherish every bit of our vacation. I hope to see more branches of this hotel all across Phuket so that we can stay at multiple locations with this excellence of service and comfort. Keep up the good work.
Beautiful hotel and amazingly staff. However the pain of getting a lift to and from the room means we will not stay again until this issue is resolved. Maybe Beautiful hotel and amazingly staff. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means. Hotel tired and needs updating. Paid for a sea view but instead got a tree view with a huge tree growing through the balcony, which made the room very dark, other guests were getting free upgrades into better rooms. Amazed to see the jetty closed down for maintenance which ruined any chance of snorkelling. Why wasn't this maintenance carried out during lockdown ? Overall not worth the money, there are much better cheaper hotels to stay in Patong
We loved the location of the resort as it is next to the beach, and has great pool areas and restaurants. I would highly recommend trying out their spa treatment. It is one of the best spa experiences in Phuket. We enjoyed our meals at their Italian restaurant -La Gritta. We would like to acknowledge the efforts taken by staff member Nina from Breeze who helped us to book our spa treatment in spite of front staff members informing us that they were completely booked out during our stay. We met Alex (Resort Manager) on the last day of our stay and it was good to see his openness & willingness to listen to our feedback related to the poor customer service from the front office staff which we experienced during our stay. It was surprisingly refreshing to see such warmth, consideration and proactiveness by him which was lacking from the front office staff. We appreciate his gesture and kindness to make us feel special during the last few hours of our stay at the resort. We wish we would have met him on our 1st day of check-in so that all the mishaps that we experienced could have been avoided. It is only and only because of Alex's attitude and commitment towards improving customer experience under his leadership that we would consider coming back to Amari for our future holidays. What we did not like? Without getting much into details, we can sum up our experience with some of the front office staff members as not in line with what you would expect from hospitality industry professionals. In fact, such behaviour and attitude are not acceptable in any industry or country globally. The only reason why we are refraining from providing details is out of our consideration for Alex. Also, since we have already shared those details with Alex, we are hopeful that he will address these serious issues with his team, as assured us.…
I celebrated my 40th birthday at Amari Phuket, and all my friends were staying in the resort. I did a small private dinner at the Coral Room. The event planner and staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Weiwei was the coordinator, and we started working weeks in advance to customise the menu, plan the dinner setup, lighting, entertainment, etc. Weiwei really helped me to curate the event as per my requirements. The menu was personalised from La Gritta. For entertainment, she helped to book a fire show, which was absolutely amazing! Every detail was executed perfectly, including personalised menu, flower decorations, fairy lights, etc. The resort location and views are amazing. However, very very slow buggy service. I think they are understaffed. And because the resort is so big, if you are staying in the villas, you cannot even walk to reception, so totally dependent on buggy service. We got stuck on multiple occasions. The suites are very nice, but the non-villa rooms are quite underwhelming. So my friends all ended up upgrading to the villas. However, all the rooms have great views. The kids club is great for families visiting with kids. Overall great place to stay, if they can improve on the buggy service.…
Stayed in Amari last week with family (wife, kids, and mom) Ocean view rooms/villa Good : -Rooms are good with excellent view of the ocean. -Excellent location as it's close to happening areas. -Staff is helpful and understanding. Areas to improve: -Slow transportation services from room to lobby areas ( book in advance or walk down) -Not friendly for old people or people with walking difficulties. Reaching breakfast area is painful for them, no elevator access , use of stairs and long walk. - Get Indian chef if you are offering indian food in breakfast. Current offering is 'Okay' Overall a good and enjoyable stay.
I have to stay it’s not five star . Whilst the room was lovely the attentiveness of the staff was not where it should be. I waited 40 mins for my luggiage to be collected. Too many kids around the pool and for a solo traveller did not feel comfortable,.
