This is not my first trip to this wonderful hotel and of course I am not disappointed. Upon arrival, the room received a compliment from the hotel in the form of a set of snacks. Water and cleaning daily. The only thing is that cleaning could be done at 5 pm, which is not entirely convenient. When checking in, they forgot to put towels and bathrobes, but they quickly corrected the mistake. The room we were given was a very ordinary one, on the 1st floor. We were offered to upgrade our room for 1,600 baht per night, and only from April 22 (check-in was April 18), paying 9,000 for 5 nights was expensive for me and I refused. The room has tired plumbing and furniture. On April 20 it was my birthday and I received a compliment from the hotel in the form of a cake and fruit, which was nice. Breakfast at the hotel is varied, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, curry, pastries, a children's corner with ice cream, Indian cuisine, you won't go hungry. The hotel is located on a hill, there are two shuttle buses constantly running, so there will be no problems with getting up. From the hotel there is a daily shuttle to the large shopping center Jangceylon. The hotel is located in the cleanest part of Patong Beach. There were waves and jellyfish for a couple of days, but not critical. Then, during my vacation, I was injured, I fell and broke my arm, and then the hotel showed its best side. I was taken to the clinic in my car, an employee accompanied me from the moment I was injured (put on a splint) until I was discharged. After checking out, a luxurious bouquet of flowers was waiting for me in my room, fruits and letters of support from the hotel team. The hotel subsequently provided an airport shuttle. I would like to mention the hotel staff, especially Boiz, Bom, Lee, Wan and Noom. The hotel management, having learned about my plans to arrive in November 2024, promised to provide an improved room and transfer.

We vacationed in May 2024 with our family, we really liked the hotel, convenient location, first line, close to the beach, the hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed daily, the water in the room is replenished regularly, breakfast is plentiful for every taste, everything is very tasty. The hotel area is beautiful, a lot of greenery, three swimming pools, in case the sea is stormy. The staff is very friendly, in general we were satisfied with our holiday, 5+ recommendations

We had the best stay at Novotel Phuket Resort. The hotel was clean and had everything we needed.
I had read the reviews before we came and it said that the rooms were on a steep hill. I have limited mobility so I emailed the hotel to ask for a room as close to reception as possible. They were able to accommodate this and I was in the closest room possible. The entrance to the hotel was also up a hill from the main road, however there was a shuttle available at any time of the day or night which was really handy.
The room was massive and had everything we needed. The view of the sea was amazing. The air con was very efficient and simple to use, as was the shower. The hotel provide 4 bottles of water a day complimentary which was a nice touch. There was also an iron and ironing board in the room which was very helpful, as well as a good hairdryer.
The pools were lovely and warm and there were plenty of sun beds. The men who work around the pools and give out towels were always very friendly and helpful. An asset to the team! You could also order food and drink to the sun bed and charge it to the room which was very handy.
The reception staff were friendly and were able to accommodate a late check out with no problem at all.
We booked two tours through the hotel - phi phi islands and James Bond island. They were both fantastic and I definitely recommend them! Thank you to the two ladies who helped us book this. It took the stress out and was made so simple.
There was also a complimentary bus which took you to the shopping centre in Patong which was very handy as the shopping centre is right in the middle of the nightlife and restaurants.
The food at the hotel was great and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was lovely with fresh cooked breakfast, pancakes and waffles every day.
Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and should we come back to Phuket we would definitely stay here again!

This is not an easy review to write. ….there were so many pros and cons. Firstly our pool access room was excellent (and on the ground floor, no stairs) and we recommend it highly because the pool was sited in the sun all day and was always warm. The room itself had an enormous bed which was very comfortable and because it was a deluxe pool access room it had a couch inside looking over pool and two loungers on the terrace .Housekeeping was done well and we certainly enjoyed the room service prawn cakes. We were given plenty of bottled water and pool towels. The shuttle service to the shopping centre was appreciated even though there was a big gap in the return times from 1600 onwards. So to the bad news….the reception staff had very poor English ad took ages organising our checkin….the breakfast was very ordinary…no fresh juices, fruit was unripe, stale pastries and serve yourself coffe….staff were slow in clearing plates off the tables and were not at all friendly. As we are Accor members we were offered a very disappointing complimentary afternoon tea…we were expecting the cake stand as advertised on the hotel boards instead a disappointing arrangement of one savoury, sandwiches, unripe watermelon and a lurid square of cake…what happened to the scones !? We feel this resort is let down by its food and the staff who are serving the clients…in the restaurant and the front desk. Perhaps putting up the daily rate would give a little more company profit to upgrade the food offerings in line with the delicious food from nearby resorts on the Patong Beach Road.

This was our 4th visit to the Novotel Phuket Resort, first time bringing our kids, 6 and 9 years old. We stayed in a family suite for 14 nights and had a fabulous time. The family suite is spacious, allowing both kids ands parents to have their own space. The food was great. A wide selection at the buffet breakfast and options during the day and evening at both the pool bar and restaurant which was good if we wanted to just spend some time at the hotel rather than going out. We used the My Kids vouchers that we purchased at the time of booking and these were great value. We spent plenty of time by the pool and appreciated the selection of activities available for kids. The pool parties were a highlight. The pool staff were great with the kids-Pang, Tio, Mad, Bank and Beat. In particular, we were very impressed with Tio who really took the time to interact with the kids. My daughter Sienna enjoyed visiting him at the pool hut each day. The location is great, just across the road from Patong Beach and there is a shuttle to and from Juncelyon Shopping Centre that departs regularly. It was another fabulous stay. We hope to return next April.

My wife and I spent 9 nights in Patong at the Novotel Phuket Resort. I liked everything very much. The location of the hotel is on the mountain, you can go up or down yourself or ask for a shuttle (car). Cool view from the mountain to the sea (especially when cruise ships arrive). It’s safe to live on the mountain if suddenly, God forbid, there’s a tsunami. The rooms have everything: iron, hairdryer, TV, kettle. Every day they carry out high-quality cleaning with updated linen and towels. I really liked the pool. Further: the quality of staff service is beyond praise. The staff is responsive and responds 100 percent to any request. Many thanks to all the staff and special thanks to the excellent young guys Hafiz (Hafeedeen) and Mad. This is my short review, but in fact there are 100 times more positive emotions from the hotel.

Was a in dilemma before booking as there numerous good hotels in the Patong area. Glad that we booked Novotel
Check in was smooth and quick. Special requests were adhered to
The property is landscaped and beautiful. There are multiple buildings with 3 floors each. The Deluxe Sea View Room has a balcony and has a breathtaking view of the ocean
The room is spacious though the bathroom is a little small. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room service was good though charging 50 baht for an empty plate seemed petty
The breakfast area was kinda crowded with limited Indian options. But it's manageable as they had excellent masala tea and bread. The Pinnacle Sky Bar has good Indian options for lunch and dinner
Special thanks to Mr White at front desk, Bah from housekeeping, Ban, Noon, Ploy, Gift, Ouan and numerous others whose names we couldn't get
The hotel is a perfect balance of being away from the bustle of Bangla Street as well as not being too far away from it and other places. Loved the hotel and would definitely recommend a stay here
Some other tips. Took the official cab from the airport to reach the hotel as it was midnight. Paid 500 baht. For the rest of the times, always took InDrive. Was cheaper than and equally reliable as Bolt and Grab. Used foodpanda for food delivery. Used a DTAC tourist sim, costed 399 baht for 8 days and about 15 gb usage. Indians don't need any visa nor any accommodation or funds proof for entry into Thailand till Nov 2024

A beautiful property located across the road from Patong beach. The property is located on a hill top and offers sweeping views of the turquoise waters. We had booked a sea view room which was lovely and the sunsets over the waters was mesmerising.
While the hotel has good restaurants a pool side bar and even good room service, there are a lot of other restaurants along the beach side which one can explore too. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of items both veg, and non-veg which is a huge plus.
The hotel shuttle which offers guests a drop and pickup service to and from the city centre and Jungceylon mall at regular intervals was very convenient. We even availed of the airport pick up and drop which was impeccable. We even availed of the paid tour to the Bug Buddha which was very well organised.
The only slight point the hotel can improve on rooms and bathroom are lovely but do require refurbishment.
The stars of the property are the awesome team right from our welcome team at the airport the cab as well as shuttle drivers , to the reception and restaurant team - you guys are the true stars . Thank you for making this a memorable vacation.

Beautiful hotel The hotel is located on Patong , on higher ground. Beautiful, well-kept grounds. It's hard to get up and down, of course, but there are two shuttle bass lines, so I didn't think it was a disadvantage. The hotel itself sent me a cover letter, which I showed at check-in. They gave a room with sea view and Patong view. The room turned out to be decorated with flowers and "swans," which certainly brought a smile. Compliment from the hotel in the form of fruit and cake. The minibar has water every day. There's a kettle, a hairdryer, an iron, but the outlets are "unlocked," which was a whole quest when trying to turn on the appliances and charge the phone. The staff is sympathetic, polite, ready to help in any situation, upon check-in we handed a large chocolate "MILCA", which they were very happy with. Room service is daily, towels were changed every day. The restaurant has luxurious breakfasts, fruits, cheeses, desserts, children's corner, Indian cuisine, vegetarian dishes, traditional Thai soups, hot coffee drinks, tea, masala. There are swimming pools with animation, volleyball, table tennis, spa area with sauna and gym. To the beach 1 minute-crossed the road and here it is-clean, warm and affectionate. Sunsets in this part of the beach are amazing. To the left of the hotel there is 7-eleven, but the choice is very mediocre ,to good cafes is a long way away, min 10-15 on foot, one fruit shop, but the salesgirls are cheeky, all burrowed to slip rotten fruit, I recommend walking further along the promenade towards Bangla Road (it is by the way 15 minutes). All the traffic is there. To the right of the hotel beach or district of Kamala, I recommend to go to this part to meet the sunset, there are 2 7-eleven, a bunch of "toppers",we ate both chicken ,and barbecues ,and shrimp. When you check in, you're asked to leave a deposit, we left $150. Check-out at 12.00, but we were picked up later by the transfer, naturally we left our suitcases and spent the remaining time at the sea, the hotel then allowed us to take a shower, clean ourselves up, which of course has available. The overall impression of the hotel is enthusiastic, of Patong, and generally the vacation is similar. On my next trip I will definitely choose this hotel to stay in!

The first impression is amazing. You feel like you are entering into an episode of White Lotus :) We stayed in a room with direct access to pool. That was fantastic and private. Whole resort is so clean. The bed is huge and soo comfy. The staff is really friendly. They are always so cheerful and ready to help. All amenities in the room was good. The location is great you find yourself in the city in 5 mins after some stairs. Best and Thoey in the pool bar is so cool and helpful guys. View from the resort is incredible. Long story short great service with great staff
But also i would like to mention some negatives. The wifi is not good in wuite a few parts in the resort. There are some housekeeping issues. A couple of days we had our towels very late even sometimes didnt get any. The shuttle to the city is not frequent enough mostly fully booked and not on time. The breakfast to me was not various and a bit poor. All these negatives are very little details but when you pay quite a lot of money, you expect an perfect service

There is a free shuttle throughout the day/evening to Jungceylon. You have to book this an hour in advance.
There is also a shuttle to take you up and down the hill to the entrance which is then a short walk to Patong Beach.
It’s uphill but they have the shuttle to take u down to the gate and back up to the reception, plus they are extremely accommodating and give you rooms as per your needs . Staff is excellent
There are more places to choose from in the Patong area.
