My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. It’s located about a ten minute car ride north of Patong beach. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to get to the main town if needed. Taking a Grab car is another option. For us it was a huge plus staying here away from the noise and bustle of Patong. The hotel resort is lovely perched on a hill with multi-levels and fantastic views of the bay and Patong beach from its enormous roof top areas. The staff was hospitable and welcoming. Our room was on a higher level overlooking the beautiful infinity pool. It was spacious and clean and we experienced no noise issues, very relaxing. There are elevators available but some stair climbing is necessary to get from one level of the hotel to the next. The breakfast area is on the roof top so you get to enjoy your breakfast while admiring the beautiful views. The food is buffet style with plenty of choices. The roof top restaurant has several choices for lunch and dinner and there are a few restaurants and bars that are walkable near by. The infinity pool is large and the water temperature is warm, great for lounging and swimming and enjoying the beautiful views. Overall, the hotel was the highlight of our stay in Phuket. とっても素敵なホテルでした！施設の全部が綺麗で、プールや朝食会場、ナイトバーも最高でした ナイトマーケットまでの距離がかなりあったので、シャトルバスをもっと多く出してもらえたら次も宿泊に利用したいなと思います。 We enjoyed this hotel! Everything of this hotel was very nice for example pool, breakfast room, night bar. However, the distance between the hotel and Bangla road. So if the shuttle bus could be increased, It's very good to stay next time.

The views are so beautiful!! The deluxe sea view room was great, the infinity pool and the restaurant view were spectacular to wake up from. Staff was very helpful and very kind to talk to. Breakfast was amazing

Our stay at Kalima resort was fantastic. Comfortable rooms, amazing amenities and lots of fun activities for all the family. Our visit was made especially so much better thanks to one of the housekeeping staff called Nany, who was one of the kindest and most responsive people we’ve ever met and really went the extra mile on many occasions on making my family’s stay that much more special. She made sure we were always looked after and anything we needed was given to us within minutes, on top of being incredibly hospitable and informative. We loved our stay and want to give a special thanks to Nany for making it that much better.

As per my experience 5 star excellent rating for checkout, Joe was very helpful and efficient did a fast, hassle-free checkout at 6:30 in the morning. But a very bad check-in experience, we were on a family vacation and was traveling with my 8 months daughter and the receptionist made us wait 2 hours to allot us rooms, I requested them that I'm traveling with my daughter and we had a 17 hours long flight please give me 1 room but they were very strict about there timing of 3:00 PM check-in. I didn't see much rush at the reception for check-ins neither much check-outs and building number 5 "in which we got rooms" was mostly empty. Didn't expected such a strict hospitality from such a big beautiful resort

Do not go with the great rating given in reviews. Stay Away..Explore other better options near Patong beach Like Diamond cliff or Novotel or Holiday inn. Far from airport and major beaches. Arrogant Staffs Don't have patience to listen to customer. Check in experience not good. Done booking through MMT,with early check in request at 1 pm . But the lady was adamant that it would be after 3 pm. Room 2106,on that floor no lift connectivity. Shuttle service to go to patong beach booked through app,was so crowded and worst part no help at reception. No indian food in menu and they don't care about that. Only good thing about this hotel is its rooftop( Malika restaurant).You can come there for taking pics only,stay is not required.

This is my second time here with my family. I stayed at villa and it's truly wonderful. Everything was perfect^^ We really loved the design and ambience of the room. It makes me feel peace. The room was clean everyday and floating breakfast also great. Especially all staff here very friendly and helpful.

This is a lovely hotel with great views of Patong. The breakfast was great with a lot of choice the swimming pool was amazing with stunning views..Room was big and spacious really enjoyed our stay here. It’s about 10mins from centre of town in a cab. To far to walk on a hill.

One of the best stays ever encountered and the staff was so friendly and helpful the room was very neat and clean and was being cleaned everyday. The food is bit on expensive side but if u want the best then have to stretch your pocket a bit Malika roofttop bar and restraint is truly amazing with the view Thanks to all staff and chefs at kalima for making this a memorable trip Will surely stay here again
