Big modern room with plenty of shelf space and somewhere to hang stuff. Room has a small balcony, AC, huge comfy bed, huge fridge (random), two comp bottles of water, bathroom bits and a hair dryer, with a good size TV on wall too. WIFI through the hotel, strength varies but overall decent. We had a room at the end...

I visited this place in Nov 2015. It was a good one hour from phuket airport. When we reached the hotel it was difficult to communicate with the person at the reception due to language barrier. Most of the staff hardly new English or knew no English at all. The rooms were decent sized and clean. The hotel doesn't have...

Room was big with simple deco. Clean toilet and room which is a huge plus. The only problem we had was walking up 3 flights of stairs, there is no lift on the hotel. Few small eateries nearby, if you walk for 10 mins there is a mall. 15 to 20 min walk to the beach. Overall it is a...

The room are spacious. no elevator, but they will help you to bring out your luggage. The front desk person not speaking english fluently. but they are eager to help. tho, the location is great. near to the mall, where you can get meals, do shopping for souvenirs, and nice thai massage.

Spacious room, low price, clean and comfort, near to everywhere. Everything we need is provided in the room : television, refrigerator, air con, hairdryer, hot and cool water and also the sunny room too (to dry your laundry). Near by the hotel, there is a place to do our laundry, only 40bath. The staffs also nice and friendly too. We...

Expect to pay 1200 baht per night . 300 baht to hire a scooter for the whole day. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood however restaurants and massage parlours nearby are deserted. The reception is an open area with a pool table. Staff rarely wear their uniform you would not guess who actually works for the hotel . Some staff can...

Staff need to get some basic training in customer service. If you are Chinese then you would probably be satisfied. Staff here, especially the manager seems to give preference treatment to his own nationality. Chinese. You can be in the middle of being served by him and then totally and rudely interrupted by Chinese guests that are not prepared to...

The reviews on this hotel were good that's why we chose it , but it's nothing to write home about.its conveniently located but at the moment the roads are under major construction works which makes difficult to walk to the main areas of Patong. The rooms are ok very plain but comfortable beds. The shower needs some plumbing works as...
