We have just got back from a 10 day stay here, and would stay again! Room spacious and well kept, with a balcony. Breakfast is not up to western standards but the egg bar is a good touch, if all else fails you can eat toast and eggs! Pool is only small, with a limited number of sun beds - this is exacerbated by people "reserving" them with towels for a large part of the day, which needs addressing by staff. The bar by the pool is not fully stocked and sometimes unmanned, which meant a lift trip down from floor 8 to 1. Location is good - plenty of shops, restaurants etc. In walking distance, but quiet location for sleeping. Overall a good hotel, and would stay here again

Had a pleasant stay here for 5 nights with my boyfriend. Rooms are spacious, location is good, and staff are helpful. Pool on the top floor is spacious and clean but there are only 10 beds for 8 floors of rooms, there is plenty of space to add more so odd that the hotel haven't chosen to. Only other negative is the shower setup is very strange. Overhead shower over the bath with no shower curtain? The bathroom gets absolutely soaked. There was also a beeping noise constantly coming from the pool bar which was hardly ever manned, when I tried to call for someone to come and turn it off - I wasn't understood and nobody came.

Very Nice & clean maintained hotel. Staff is very helpful. I stayed here for 3 nights rooms are very spacious. Pool is small on the top of the hotel and the view point from top is super. They have help desk with lot of travel agents which you can book from the hotel to go around in Phuket. The beach is 1 KM wakable distance from the hotels. You can find lot of indian restaurants near the hotel and super markets are also near to the hotel. Over all i recommend

Stayed here for 9 nights whilst travelling on honeymoon. On arrival check in staff were rude and could not care less about the fact we wanted to check in.
On arrival to the room the bed was so uncomfortable we went down to reception to ask them if they could do anything about it to which they pretended they did not understand what we were asking. We also had to get our shower fixed, but this was done promptly. The shower situation is very strange! Shower head over a bath that floods the whole bathroom with no shower curtain and you have to climb over the bath to turn it on.
Room has mini bar in which is handy but expensive
Pool is nice, bar area not manned at all whilst we were there
Cleaners were very good and friendly, although they did leave our door open on 3 occasions
Breakfast was nice if you got there early, but anything after about 0830 there is hardly anything left, considering some days the room was still full at 0930/1000 and multiple people were complaining about it. They will do scrambled egg and omelette outside but we asked one day and they couldn’t have looked more annoyed about doing it.
The hotel is in a good location, that’s about all

Also the WiFi is absolutely terrible! You have to log in again (if it will let you) every time you unlock your phone

Mr Jee from travel desk was very helpful with suggestions which were best fit as per our family requirement considering people of all ages and prices charged were very reasonable. He is very helpful. My niece left her phone in the van but he was kind enough to help us retrieve the same.

Huge clean room and I was fortunate to get the one with a large balcony. Convenient location near OTOP, but far enough that you don’t hear the noises from it. 7-eleven and Doodee eatery are just around the corner. Suitable for solo or family travelers.

Decent place to stay in Phuket. Patong beach and Bangla Street are nearby. The room was good and decent size. We stayed for 2 nights and our experience was average. They provide breakfast but with limited options. Do not expect to get a good view from the room. Hotel do not provide dinner as an in room dining. You will get a good restaurant options beside the hotel. There are some good Iranian restaurants which have authentic food. Do not try any Indian restaurants near the hotel.

It’s the most terrible experience I’ve had! The carpet in the elevator was dirty, there is no tooth brush, no small towel…. We gad all day repeatedly breakfast! Just Indian breakfast and Thai! Even there isn’t any cheese in the table.

Good hotel with fair price. Staffs are friendly and supportive. Room size is huge comparing to other hotel in Patong. The breakfast is various and tasty. There is a coffee shop within the hotel. Latte is amazing.
