I'm so angry with this hotel! It's the worst ever in my life... I was stolen. they took $1000 inside of my backpack, they don't clean the room properly and doesn't have kitchen... When I did a complain to the manager she just said "go to police station".

Rooms where clean and nice, got a free DVD player, but it didn't work., didn't really have a check in, just have us the key and said go. It's pretty much in middle of nowhere, had to walk 30 mins to even get to a restaurant. Just boring really, nothing really wrong with the place; just needed to be closer...

1ST day: They couldn't find the key for our room during check- in and overbooked, so they transferred us to another Athome Hotel next door. It was okay except that there was no lift and no one was available to help with luggage so we carried our own luggage up 3 flights of narrow stairs. 2ND day: We moved back...

First night was nice; the bathroom was really good, great shower, nice room, very large. Free wifi aswell which was great. On the 2nd night I went to lie down and there were tiny ants all over the top of the bed. We were in a different room the 2nd night so maybe it's only this room that has the...

my wife and me love to have our holiday in Thailand, and every year or two we are back in Patong. Yes Patong is a busy area but with lots of places and beaches where there are almost no tourists. We NEVER go for more then 3* because we do not like these posh style people around as since we...

I am absolutely amazed on reading these reviews, I feel I stayed in a different place altogether as my experience was just terrible. I actually moved to this hotel, through a reservation made on Booking.com, to get away from a very noisy hotel I was staying in, in Patong, Phuket. I reserved a "superior" room and when I turned up...

This hotel is right beside another hotel named Athome hotel, be sure to check the building number - 164/25-26. The hotel itself is new and has very well decor. Although we arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check in time of 1pm, we were given one of the two rooms we booked within a few minutes after check in....

Excellent staff as they are always ready to help you. Nice place to have English break-fast. The hotel is small but very cute. For lunch or dinner you can look for a nearby restaurant called Happy Donkey that serves you very tasty food with great music despite taking much time to serve. It will take 15 - 20 minutes to walk...

“Don't select top floor rooms as the stairs are quite steep to climb since their is no lift service. Moreover, the A/C takes time to cool down so you always need to put down the curtain in the afternoon..”
