This was a great hotel with brilliant facilities right on the beachfront. Great service and extremely clean, one of the very few if not only resort in the area with an alcohol free beer option too. Brilliant selection of local and international food and drink in the bars and restaurants . Maybe a bit shy of space to hang/store clothes in our room. Only real point to consider before coming back would be Patong itself, which is the party town of Phuket so might not be to everyone’s taste

Excellent hotel and great location. Right across the beach and they have a crossing guard to help you with crossing the street. Close to lot of restaurants and bars but still not in the middle of the party zone which I like. Great facilities and friendly staff. They upgraded us to a beach view room due to my wife's marriott status. Enjoyed that room and the fantastic view. Ordered breakfast on few of the days and enjoyed their fruit tray.

We stayed at this four star property on the day of arrival into Phuket and also on the last day of our Phuket trip. It is a large resort in the middle of a very vibrant area (Patong). It feels like an oasis in the middle of a metropolis. Pros:- Rooms have nice decor and beds were extremely comfortable. Some rooms give you access to the sprawling pool directly from the room itself. Restaurant was good - nice decor and food was good. Location is great if you want access to the beach, which is only 50 metres from the front entrance. Close to the action in Patong, if that is what you seek. Airport Smart Bus has a stop directly in front of the hotel. The bus is very convenient for travelling to and from the airport. It costs only THB 100 per person in either direction. Note that when arriving from the airport, you need to ring the bell at the round about near the hotel where the bus turns as the road in front of the hotel is one-way. Cons:- Can be noisy with lots of children running around. The hotel has a high occupancy rate all year round, even in the off-peak season according to the resort manager, Benoit Mouclier, with whom I had a lengthy, interesting conversation (he was very affable), so if crowds bother you, this resort is not for you. Having done plenty of research as I always do before booking any hotel, I felt that this is probably the best hotel/resort in Patong, especially given its peculiar location. We did stay in two other resorts in Phuket - see my separate reviews for them. P.S. I'd like to give a huge shout out to Art, one of the staff members at Bonvoy Reception. He was very helpful, providing advice to us for massages, among other things. A very good-natured young man, he also arranged a drink for us prior to check-in as the room was not ready and also after check-out. A very service-oriented individual - Marriott should be proud of him.

Good hotel in Phuket. Good beachfront location. Food is pretty good, certainly good enough for a Four Points. The pools are great. Walkable to most of what you want in Patong. Only real negative is that, for a beachfront hotel, there are very few rooms with a real ocean view.

I booked this hotel beacuse of its proximity to a lot of places. It is literally walking distance to a lot of restaurants, shopping and to the Banda Walk. In addition the beach is across the street. It is in a busy street but what is surprising is that once you are inside the hotel facility it feels like you are in a resort away from the busy Patong area. Almost all tour operators will pickup from this hotel. How convenient. The price point is really reasonable. I love my room with a terrace facing the ocean. The swimming pool is huge where kids love to hangout. The staff are so friendly and willing to help. Majority of the staff speaks fluent English. I met a few who don’t speak and I quickly find someone who can speak English. And the breakfast is the best here. You have to book with breakfast included. You will not be disappointed and worth every penny. Overall the Four Points Sheraton is a great value for your money and it is conveniently located in Phuket.

Our vacation concluded with a stay at The Four Points by Sheraton Phuket Patong Beach Resort, a distinguished 4-star establishment. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the amiable staff. Checking in proved to be a delightful experience, as our rooms were prepared and readily available, despite the hotel being fully booked. Our accommodations featured a balcony with a captivating view of the beach. The room itself was contemporary and impeccably clean, boasting an exceedingly comfortable bed and pillows. The well-lit bathroom even included a handy retractable clothesline in the shower. The highlight of our stay undoubtedly revolved around the breakfast experience. From the moment we were seated by the cheerful staff, our every need was promptly attended to, with our drink orders taken swiftly. The culinary offerings were nothing short of exceptional, with Head Chef Bird ensuring a daily rotation of delectable options, keeping the menu fresh and exciting. The warmth and happiness exuded by the staff, spearheaded by Kelly and Bird, were evident throughout our entire stay. While our stay was mostly superb, a minor hiccup was the door facing the ocean, which struggled to close properly, allowing some street noise to infiltrate our room at night. Despite this inconvenience, we readily forgave it, as our overall experience was nothing short of amazing.

We decided to stay there on the recommendation of our travel expert. Was not disappointed with all aspects of our 6 nights. We Hooke a balcony suite, and glad we did.although the view was looking over another property and enjoyed their kitchen extraction fan as ambient noise🤣🤣, however e were able to listen to the nightly singer who performed in their outdoor restaurant. The room was well kept and modern and had everything you needed. Check in was quick and efficient, Breakfast was included and we have a choice of venues. We decided on the sears and co, which was located at the front of the complex. We were advised that this venue did not have as expensive options as the main one. But we could see what else you could possibly want. The staff at sears and co were exceptional, efficient and could not be more helpful. One morning I asked for some gluten free bread, from that day on it was provided at my table without asking for it. The hotel was 100 💯 full for a large part of our stay. We did not get a chance to use the front pool area as there was never any chairs available. The staff did say they tried to police the chair hogs but due to language barriers it was difficult at times. We managed to get chairs around the middle pool area, but I think it was more a case of good timing, we did notice a lot of people could not find a suitable place to sit. The pool staff, to their credit ,did remove a number of towels that some inconsiderate people decided that they would just leave them on the chairs when finished. Why can people just take their towels back when they finished. 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Every staff member, from front desk, room attendants, gym staff, pool staff and restaurant staff were excellent to deal with. 👍 We would love to come back to the four seasons.

Great hotel, but given that it's a rather big hotel, it's super crowded and feels very crowded rather than relaxed. The beach opposite the hotel looks great in the pictures, but isn't the best in real life. The hotel pools are kept clean but are super crowded so not a place for a swim or to relax. Staff don't do anything against hotel guests bringing their own bluetooth speakers at the pool either. Rooms are clean, the food and staff in general are great, but location wise this is not what I would visit again if it would be for a relaxing beach holiday. Rooms are clean and spacious, but if you have a room facing the forward pool you can smell the sewers (presumably from the pool rest/washrooms) which obviously isn't great.
