Don’t expect any customer service here. There was an alcohol ban day where no alcohol was sold anywhere in Thailand which is totally fair enough like in many countries, however this apparently “5 star” resort couldn’t even be bothered warning their guests about it! Not even a tiny little flyer under the door or a little note on the table. No alcohol for a day is no big deal, but a decent resort not even making a single effort to warn their foreign guests beforehand is fairly pathetic. No effort made on trying to provide any customer service or forethought to the guests and they absolutely couldn’t care less. I guarantee every other decent resort in Phuket would have totally warned their guests beforehand which is the simplest and polite thing in the world to do. Don’t expect to be looked after here.…

I went with my boyfriend to celebrate my birthday. The hospitality was very kind. I really enjoyed the quiet and relaxed atmosphere and this is a reason why I gave 5 point! The weak point is, here don't have a doorman or bellman. Could be more nice if have! The restaurant food was nice. Even the breakfast buffet was small, but I enjoyed it! More than anything, the brownie that you gave me as a birthday cake is super delicious!!! Also prepared a surprise event from my boyfriend requested prepared so well! Thank you for everything!! Ps. The hotel is beautiful. Its away from the madness of Phuket and really peaceful, and only 5 mins by taxi to the centre. Best of both worlds. Fabulous rooms and excellent facilities. We had a direct access to pool room which was the best I've ever seen. wonderful decor and furnishings The staff were happy and charming. Wasn't impressed by the food at all. Breakfast ran out of choices by 9.00 am and wasn't replenished. The main menu was boring if you dont eat fish

Firstly, this hotel is NOT a resort. The word "Resort" is used without much context when describing hotels in Phuket. If you are planning a retreat and seek resort amenities please do thorough research on the hotel first. This hotel has no 24 hour room service, reception or international movie channels- which are basic amenities of a "Resort". I also had concerns with the lack of chlorine in the pool, I did not see anyone testing the water while I was there. The location is isolated from shops, cafes, bars or any amenities. It's also too far to walk to any amenities, there is also no safe footpath to attempt this- You literally have to walk on a main road just to get to a 7-11. Which would not have been as much of an issue if this hotel actually provided some "Resort" amenities. Some Pros: As the hotel is located on a massive hill, so if you book a room with a view you will be treated every morning and evening with a view. There are also rooms with direct pool access. The rooms are also very spacious and the staff are extremely caring and will go out their way to ensure your stay is pleasant. In summary if they dropped the word "Resort" from their name it would set a more realistic expectation and allow them to compete more fairly in the category they are actually in.…

Almost nobody speaks well English at reception. They do not have anybody strong to help carrying the luggage to the room. They do not have enough space or chairs to lie down around the pool. The people at the reception are not helpful and polite. The distances mentioned in your site to the famous locations like Patong or Kalim beach are a lie, you cannot reach those place in such a short time. I stayed here for 6 nights and I asked for water, because I was sick and they wanted to charge me again for one glass of water.

I came to Marina with a group of friends, and the hotel is such a gem! It was comfy, we had the swimming pool just outside our room, accessible via our pro Al balcony, the food was great and the staff was just adorable. Although the location is a bit away from the crowd but it is clearly meant for peace and relax time, which was perfect!

Staff at Marina Gallery is exceptional, warm, friendly, professional and ever helpful. The hotel is pleasant and located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. We had a Seaview Room which was spacious and nicely furnished, attention to detail (in terms of minor issues pertaining to cleaning) could be improved. Breakfast was fine without being exceptional. Whilst the pool area is good, leisure amenities at the hotel are limited. Overall, we had an enjoyable two day stay at the hotel and the price is reasonable vis a vis its competitors.

The resort is nice and located on a hill 5 min outside of Patong. If you like quiet its the place. 1. Unfortunatly the hotels has a few bugs: rooms are not isolated. If you have loud neigbours next room you hear every word. 2. Only the front side rooms of the hotel are nice. If you at the side the rooms are dark and not worth it. Same as pool access room. Only on the front side its worth it!! 3. The beds are comfy but if you bring more then one set of clothes you have no space to store them. You need to leave it in your luggage. 4. The breakfast is ok but not more then ok. So the only strong point of the hotel are the pool access rooms facing the ocean. Its amazing every day of the stay. 5. You really need a car or motorbike. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and booked a room connected to the pool. This room was very nice and clean. The breakfast from the hotel was also good and again we had everything we needed. Because of the weather the wifi didn't work at one night but not the fold of the hotel of course. Would come back to this hotel cause you are a bit further away from the busy streets of patong and it's a nice place. For a roundtrip to Thailand I would definitely come back to this hotel and since we're organizing holidays I would consider taking this hotel in our travel.
