Perfect location with walking distance to the beach, motorbike rental place and 7-11 just in front of the inn. Clean and spacious room. Most importantly, very helpful and friendly staffs! They are very willing to help about local tours, transportation options or about anything - it was a very welcoming and warm stay!
As this was my first time in Thailand I don't think I could of picked a better hotel to stay at. May the lady who run it was very friendly and she made my stay rather comfortable. I can not praise her enough for her outstanding hospitality that she showed. This hotel was certainly exceptional value for money and my expectation was met plus some. I will be stopping here again and I do recommend this hotel.
Stayed here for 5 nights in March. Its a relatively a small but compact hotel cum hostel. Rooms are very basic & prefect for travelers who just need a place to rest for the night. Rooms were clean & the washroom was a decent size. A mini Fridge and snacks are provided at an additional cost. We were provided with a plate of fruits daily at no cost. The only con for us was no in room kettle, so we had to step out for our morning cup of coffee. The receptionist was really helpful to our queries, provided us with suggestions on places to visit and even helped to arrange our transfer back to the airport.
Had a lovely stay at BT Inn for New Years Holiday! The location was great- just a quick walk to the beach and Patong nightlife and our room quiet and clean. The staff on site were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay! Thank you everyone for helping make our stay a wonderful one
This is such a lovely hotel, with great rooms, comfy beds, good toilets showers and fridges. What more could u need! The receptionist is so lovely and accommodating, she is really nice. Good English, booked our taxi to airport for us. Close to good bars and the beach. We stayed here twice because its just so perfect. Once we stayed in the dorm and this wasn't as comfortable just because it's small and can be warm, but clean and nice toilet anyway. Good for the price that's for sure!! Would visit again
I just returned from here, hotel was pretty good in terms of everything, nice location. 10 Minutes walking distance to patong beach and bangla road, :P. Only Airport distance was far however you will get cabs anytime as this hotel is located in center. Hotel receptionist Mei was very nice and kind although that old lady was kinda rude and not polite the day we checked out. I did not took 2 water bottles but still she charged us for two bottles, I tried telling her that its only one but she was not ready to listen. Although apart from this everything else was quite good, I would suggest everyone to book this hotel if you are looking for good, clean and budget hotel and also if possible have your conversation only with Mei, she mostly left at 20:00 hours.
This was the worst accomodation we visited during our trip to Thailand. The room itself was okay but their service and treatment was rather cheap. Our room didnt had a concrete roof instead it was aluminium sheet and when it rained it would be noisy like hell. We asked them to move us to another similar room but since our room was cheaper, without air conditioning and on the roof, it was the only room like that. Instead of upgrading us or moving us to other room without airconditioning she asked us to pay the differential or if we want we can leave with the remaining rent. We out right denied it since it was their fault and it was their responsibility to arrange for it to be fixed. Later that night it got really cheap with them handing us the earplugs for the rain. We were like WHAT THE HELL is this. Anyways, we let it be because there were no predictions for rain for other 2 days and we would mostly need the room to sleep at night so rain during the day won't mater much. For the rain, they have service to borrow umbrella. They handed us 2 cheaper ones (probably because we had just complained about the rain and all). My friends didn't noticed it. One had a dent on the rod and other one was almost broken. We took it out later while returning when my friend opened the broken one with hard hands it came all out, its spikes and web got broken. When we returned it, we told the receptionist about it and left it at the counter. Later during the clearance they asked us to pay 250 BHT for one umbrella, when we said its too much and tried to bargain the receptionist threatened to call the police to which we responded to not threaten us and instead call police if they like. Later, Ms. May the lady who is the owner or the manager of the place was called. She apologized and said it was their standard rates and asked the receptionist to bring the rate list. Although, no such rate list were shown to us earlier but still we agreed to pay whatever it is on the list. It turned out rate list had 200 BHT on it. We asked her to take the amount from our deposit and return the remaining. It turned out that she wanted to charge us for the other one too which already had a dent on it. When we told her that it was already like this, she said she dont know about it and we will have to pay for it. We were already fed up of all this nonsense and agreed to pay for the other one too and took it along. These folks are really cheap and would help you as long as they are getting a commision out of it. P.S: Ms. May also looted us on the Phi Phi Island trip. We reached Phuket very late in the night around 1.30am or something and had to do the trip in the morning. So, we asked her about it. She said it was 1800BHT which includes some national park fees of 400 BHT as well. It was foolish of us to trust her on it. We paid 1600 BHT for it and the next day when we explored abt it in the city, it turned out that it was 900 BHT and there was nothing like the national park fees which she had said. Some agencies do charge it but its just a way to thug ppl. Not to mention, they have a very poor and useless wifi and internet connection, atleast in the room we stayed. Connection was very weak, we were mostly unable to connect it and when it did connect internet was useless. We didn't complained about it because we had unlimited 3g package so we created hotspot with that and used it.…
This place is lovely. A friend recommended the hotel and I really liked that. May is so nice, she helped me a lot with recommendations of tours, restaurants, massages, mini bus. Room is clean, comfortable and beautiful. If your goal is to spend all day out and have a nice place to sleep, that's the right one!
BT Inn is the right place to stay, close to a beautiful Patong Beach only 5 minute walk, a conveniient store right to the opposit the Hotel front door and lot's Restaurants arrount where to test the local food. And only 10minutes walk on the same road you find the big shopping centre and night time entratainment Bangla Road. The room are nice and are cleaned daily including the towel, a nice shower with hot water at all the time, air con and wifi, very quite dispite the eavy traffic on the road. Ms May at the recepion is an amazing lady, very attentive, and caring at the point that when I was coming back from the beach she was washing my feet full of sand and the sandles :)) amazing service that I never exparienced before. I was ill one day and she gave me tablets and tea with honey and some fresh friut, and advises what to do in case I was getting warse. Thannk you May to left me feel so welcome with my stay in, and I highly reccommand BT Inn…
I come to the phuket without a itenary... However the staff is very helpful and guided me what to do in the island. The staff also guided me to find halal food. The hotel also near to the mosque (300-500m). A lot of halal food is around the mosque.
