Rooms adequate and clean. Breakfast was ok. But we had money stolen out of our safe and mu friend stayed on 2 floors up from us and had money stolen out of her padlocked suitcase. These scumbags took $300 of mine and $300 of my partners which were in the safe. (Safe ha ha what a joke) My friend had $330 taken from her suitcase which had a padlock on it. We didn't discover this until we had gone to our next hotel because we didn't need to change any money. My friend called the hotel and their response was 'you should have put your money in the safe and my friend told them that we too had money taken and the money was stolen too. How do thieves get into the rooms. Very suspicious. Although this hotel was in a great position it was an awful experience. I can't say anything good about the rooms. The balcony door didn't lock, only one chair on the balcony for 2 people drab furniture, reception staff not too friendly, breakfast just ok. I asked for a couple more teabags and omg you'd think i asked for money. Zero stars from us.

Thank you for your stay with us back in August 2022. We were really concerned when you complained about the money allegedly missing from the safe as well as from your friend's suitcase, even though it was padlocked. We have always encouraged all of our visitors to store their cash and valuables in the safe, and this policy has served us well up until we learned of your complaint. Since then, we have started an internal investigation. Unfortunately, we were unable to find any proof to back up your claim, and all of the safes in our rooms are operating as they should. Because your complaint concerns a criminal act, we are obliged to report it to the police for assistance. The police are pleased to support the investigation and provide assistance; however, you are advised to file your police report at Patong Police Station so that they can begin working on the case. Additionally, authorities advise that any criminal complaint should have been reported right away to ease their investigation process. It's in both of our best interests that we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Having said that, issues like lost objects could be the consequence of misunderstandings, misplacing, forgetfulness, etc., as evidenced by a few incidents from previous guests. Thank you.

Ok the hotel is fine, pool area nice and breakfast select was decent. I was out of season but the hotel was still busy. Other solo’s couples and some families with older children. It’s about a 10 - 15 min walk from Bangla Street and the beach which in my view is perfect. Outside the resort as you walk down the single track road you get to the main road directly to the right of you is the best and cheapest massage place I went to. Foot massage and full body Thai Massage for 2 hours was about 400 THB ( so roughly £10). The room was fine and comfortable although I had a double bed with a single duvet which was odd. Bathroom was good size with a separate bath and shower. It’s green credentials are lacking. Rather than providing water in reusable glass bottles the used plastic but I did see the maid put them in a separate bag. The disposable sets in the bathroom were wrapped in single use plastics too.

This hotel is around 5mins walk to patong beach and 5-10mins walk to Central Patong and Bangla street. Convenience shop (7 Eleven) is across the street. Many eating and massage shops around the hotel and on main room. It is located further inside a small lane, so it is quiet. Stayed in the pool access room. The room is good size. However, the balcony to the pool is a bit small. The pool access room is opposite the restaurant. So, most the time is not convenience to open the curtain to enjoy the pool view. Weird that no tea was provided in the room, only coffee. I do not drink coffee, so no chance to enjoy an afternoon tea by the pool. Have to go out to buy tea or drink. Also, no rack to put luggage in the room. Have to put on floor. Overall, it is a nice, clean and comfortable room for a good price. The room style is more Thai and oriental classic with dark wood. It is not modern design but more Thai/Asian classic style. Staff is friendly too. Breakfast is mostly oriental and simple. From rice to noodles, toast and fruits. Patong is around 1 hour from the Airport. Minivan to Patong is around 1.5hrs (need to wait for van to full, 11 people). The minivan will drop you at your hotel. However, at this month, off peak season, no minivan from Patong to Airport. The private taxi is THB600 per car that I booked from tour counter near hotel.

Apart from the wifi is very slow and close to 0. Everything else is very good. The room is clean, big and has a balcony as well. There is a shower and a bath tub which I am more happily to have them both. The breakfast is included and I really enjoyed it as well. I didn’t have time to try the pool and fitness centre but both look good to me.

I travelled in April/May 2022. From the moment of arriving the staff were very helpful with an easy check-in, helping me to download the app for Covid tracking.I got a great deal and stayed in a pool access room next to the gym. The room was very spacious and immaculately clean. Staff were super friendly and always willing to help. Breakfast is good and room service is great as is the restaurant. Nice and quiet with the madness of Bangla road 7 minutes walk and the beach is 5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars within minutes walk and laundry at the end of the driveway. I have stayed in hotels that charged up to 3 times the price and they dont come anywhere close to Palmyra Resort Hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will be returning.

I went to this place for 2 nights. The room was basic but clean and in a good condition. The pool is nice and the breakfast is not bad. This hotel is a Sha + meaning that it can be use for the first day quarantine when entering Thailand in order to comply with the difficult requirements. The staff is helpful and knew what to do and can assist with the complex steps for entering the country (which I believe it's easier now) such as prepaying a test before arrival or the transfer from the airport. This Hotel is located a bit off the main sights of Patong but the major places such as Bangla road and the beach are reachable by foot which takes around 10 minutes. However there's a few restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies and massage place nearby. Overall this little resort has a good value of money and the location is fine.

Great hotel location. Right in front of main road and near to famous Bangla Road. Beach is near by with 10 mins walking. I booked family suite which was pretty spacious and rooms were clean. Now I cut the two stars for not serving any veggie dishes in the breakfast, breakfast is very ordinary and nothing for Indians, u can only eat bread and butter. Another star I cut for the receptionist behaviour, the one who comes in the night is bit rude especially to Indians. Morning receptionist were great and friendly.

Location : I would give it 10/10 , in a central area, but still very quite. Room is clean. facilities : old building and very bad maintenance, even the AC is not working properly, I reported the AC issue, changed the room, and the situation is the same. breakfast : very basic, nowhere near what you expect at a 4 star hotel. staff : helpful. food in restaurant : not bad, I liked the cheese burger. but they close at 8:00 PM. overall, it is not a 4 star hotel, It a 3 stars, not more than that. considering the price, it would've been a decent deal if it wasn't for the AC issue, keeping in mind that Phuket weather in March was very hot.

four of us spent 2 nights here before returning to the uk after travelling around thailand , its a good hotel with a good decent breakfast and there evening meals and puddings were very good , staff were very welcoming and polite and nothing was to much for them to help you in any way , the rooms we had were deluxe direct pool access , these are on the ground floor were really clean and cleaned daily with water to drink and toiletries , the location was approx 10 minute walk to bangla road and 8 minute walk to patong beach , i found this hotel was good for short stays of say 1- 4 days but no more, but all in all a nice little hotel .

Lived at this hotel for 1 week during my "sandbox" stay in Phuket, Patong Beach. The location is good, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beach etc. Hotel is a bit drawn back from the main road though so it is quiet and peaceful. The room was ok, but not very high standard. It had a nice balcony with sea view which is a plus. I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel though, at least not when comparing with other hotels with same rating. The breakfast was ok, served in the nice pool area of the hotel. For a budget stay in Patong this is a good option. But dont expect 4 star facilities.
