We were here on vacation this May. The hotel is just 7 minutes from the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are good, especially the omelette, which they cook on request. The menu is not very diverse, but it has enough options to diversify your breakfasts. We rented a room with access to a mini-pool (it is not for swimming, just for the beautiful and cozy view from your balcony). The room is spacious and very clean, the bed is chic and very comfortable. The room had everything you need: a kettle, an iron, a refrigerator, a hairdryer . Bangla road is a 12-minute walk from the hotel . Big c Supermarket is about 15 minutes. The hotel is very quiet and cozy. The pool is small, but it is enough for comfortable swimming. We definitely recommend it to visit ! Also, we ordered transfers from and to the airport at the hotel. Very comfortable !

We stayed there 3 days. The personnel is so welcoming. Easy check-in and check-out. The room is super nice, clean and has all you need for your stay (toothbrush, shampoo, gel, slippers, bathrobe, towels etc.). The view on the pool is amazing, and the private terrace is just amazing. It's only a couple minutes walking distance from the beach and main locations. We definitely come back here when back in Patong.

Stayed in this modern hotel for three nights. Had a comfi, clean and quiet room. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Didn't use the swimming pool but it looked like a nice place to chill. Good location, the beach is just at the end of the street, a short stroll away, and everything else is walking distance too. Good value and would definitely stay here again!

It’s fine to stay here. I spent a week here with my boyfriend. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is good. Sadly, we had a terrible journey at the end of the trip. We booked a taxi to Renaissance Phuket. They charged us around 1,000 baht. The driver drove crazily and went very fast. He didn’t seem to be in a good mood so we didn’t dare to bother and told him to calm down. His driving could have caused us to death many times on the journey to Renaissance Phuket. Luckily, we made it to the hotel without any accidents, but it wasn’t very pleasant at all. I prayed to God to help me survive for the whole journey. Thanks to the Lord that we still alive. It was one of the worst mistakes that we have had from that hotel service.

They are many hotels on Phuket some are newer and flashier, but what is unique and what differentiates this hotel from all the others is the “Staff”.They are always smiling and ever helpful, and they beyond what is expected. From the chambermaid,to the reception staff to the waiters,They are with out exception autstanding.Credit for this extraordinary staff must given to “Receptionist” Khun Jan,and her excellent management team. The breakfast is among the best, delicious,Excellent clean rooms and beautiful balcony view. I enjoyed my current stay and look forward to return visit next time when hopefully the pandemic will have abated. I thank all of the staff of Nap Patong for another wonderful stay. I feel safe at home here.

POSITIVES • An early check-in • Woman on front desk professional & helpful • A large and well designed room with lots of blonde wood, good lighting, kettle. • A large balcony with view of the pool and grounds. Balcony had seats and a coffee table. • A short walk to the beach and about 12 minutes walk into the center of Patong. • Shops and restaurants within 4 minutes walk with many more on the way into the center. • Swimming pool, and pleasant shaded seating on the entry level. • My room and the grounds were spotlessly clean. NEGATIVES • Air conditioning in my room struggled and was about 28C after being on all day – very warm to try and sleep. • The wifi was very poor and dropped every 10 minutes. Front desk provided a VIP access code which was almost the same. • No desk or chair in the room – only a low sofa which was tough on my back. • Breakfast very expensive – there are many economical cafes around – but annoying to be asked for so much for a breakfast. CONCLUSION I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years. Maintenance is notably poorer (wifi, air conditioning). Hotel still looks good and provides a well located and relaxing hotel. The air conditioning was unacceptable to me – too hot to sleep – I was glad I was only staying 1 night. Breakfast is a silly price – a shame when it was very good in the past. I doubt I would stay again.

I stayed in The Nap Patong from Dec.27.2021-Jan.12.2022 and I have to say that the hotel is a hidden gem. It’s located on rainbow street just few minutes walk to the beach. It’s in a quiet area yet close to the busy side of patong (Bangla and Jungcylon about 7 minute walk). The hotel is super comfortable with beautiful balconies facing the sea. The service is super and I felt like family during my stay. I initially stayed in the Daydream room but upgraded to the moonlight suite. Massive suite with a huge balcony. The service in the hotel was superb thanks to Mam who was amazing in attending any request I had with a smile and great attitude. Run was amazing during the night shift and the hotel Manager Chamlong was super accommodating. I would rate this hotel as a 5 star as I’ve been 3 times before to patong and for the value of money, it doesn’t get any better than this. Definitely will come back to same hotel if I visit patong again.

CLEAN HOTEL!!! This is my second time in this hotel in 2021 and I'm a fan. It's a short walk to the beach (4 min), nice staff, nice restaurant but the restaurant next to the hotel is great too. The pool is small but i have no complaints. The room is A+ and the balcony is amazing.Lovely view from every room. The staff is nice, the reception area is great and picture worthy. A small business centre (with Imac's) and a pool table, small gym and the massages are affordable, clean, professional and relaxing. Try to book directly via the hotel website and sight up for free membership. You get better prices and nice free add ons like late check out and a 500 baht voucher that you can use for food, drinks or a massage.. Due to covid it may not be at right in the heart of busy Patong but a 10 min walk or a 80 baht GRAB taxi will get you where you need to be. You won't find this luxury and cleanliness at this price point in the busy area of Patong. Trust me I tried. 7-11 and family mart 3 minute walk away. the hotel has an app that is connected to your room where you can find all the info you need and chat with the staff. Need some milk for late night coffee? someone will be at your door in 3 minutes. I'll go there again!

Second time staying here in the villas. Disparaging how this place has gone down hill. Our private pool was gross. Water was barely able to see through. Leaves everywhere. The rooms has nats in them and woke up with bug bites all over our legs. The breakfast was very disappointing as well. Bartender didn’t know how to make a cosmo and when I tried redeeming my free drink coupon they refused it saying it was for mock tails only. Even tho nowhere on the slip did it say that.

I had an opportunity to come back to stay in Patong for a couple of days and I did not hesitate at all to choose Nap Patong again. This time I stayed in Day Dream Deluxe room. The room was newly touched up and quite spacious with large balcony. The bed and pillows are very comfy as I expected. The facilities are as good as the 5- star hotel even they claimed themselves as a 4-star one. Gym, swimming pool, restaurant, internet lounge, lobby, spa etc. are in good size and condition. I liked it very much. The secret thing behind the chic and comfortable hotel is their staff, they are super friendly, helpful and attentive who make Nap Patong a nice place to stay. Another thing I had to mention and I thought it was a bonus for me was that the hotel is located in a quiet zone of Patong but I could still access to the beach, shopping center, Bangla street, entertaining clubs and bars as well as other restaurants in only 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. That is wonderful. By the way Thai food is delicious here. Also breakfast was good too during this time. Thank you very much Nap Patong for making my stay fantastic. I will be back again very soon on my business.
