Exceptional service. Not really knowing what to expect the surprise happened as soon as I walked through the doors. The reception staff were so professional and friendly. Communication wasn’t a problem at all. The entire property is kept immaculate, the food is good, and I’m hard pressed to find a point for improvement. The location was ideal for my purposes of 2 weeks recovery from surgery. It’s at the quiet end of the beach so you get to enjoy the sound of the water. It’s only a 10 minute stroll to other restaurants and Bangla road for nightlife. The thing is you get to choose whether you want quiet or party. Having a confidence store right next door meant that additional supplies weren’t too far away either. Homm Bliss was my home away from home for 2 weeks and being a solo traveller the staff became like my friends. Sad to leave. Can’t wait to go back.…

Our second time staying here, we have not been for three years but the staff still remembered us and greeted us like long lost friends. We got a spa suite as love the large size (80sqm) of the room, it's more like an apartment with a separate bedroom. It is a little dark in the lounge area but Daniel from reception advised that the rooms will undergo a makeover in October to lighten and brighten them up. It has a large spa bath, walk in shower, kitchenette with large fridge/freezer. Excellent value for money considering it is right across the road from Patong Beach. There are two common pools and five guest suites with private pools (they don't have a bath). I am a large woman with mobility issues so need steps rather than a ladder for the pool. There are steps in to all pools but only a hand rail in the front one. The pool on the 2nd floor has 2 steps, then plunge but perfect to do laps and very quiet. I have suggested they put in a handrail when they do the renovations. Breakfast has small but adequate variety compared to our first visit but not at full capacity still just yet. There is a 7/11 out the front and it is a short (10-15 mins) walk to other restaurants or bars. Reception staff - Daniel, James, Ashik and Pae Pae have all been very friendly, speak great English and happy to accommodate any requests we have. Benz at breaky is always smiling and remembers our coffee preference. The others are all great too but I can't remember their names. Even the security man is helpful and kind. They have smaller rooms on the other side of reception but "all" rooms directly face the beach. It is a little noisy from passing traffic!…

Located at the south end of Patong on the beach this hotel is great value for money. We stayed in a suite room which is very large with kitchenette, lounge room, bedroom and large bathroom. The ground floor suites have a private pool (we stayed in one of these 3 years ago), while the others have a large double spa bath. It is a bit further away from the action (1 km to Bangla Rd) but there are bars and restaurants about 100m away. Staff are great and very attentive to any requirements.

Couldn't get much closer to Patong Beach, excellent view from the room, and the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable.....especially the main man..Daniel, who is an exceptionally nice person! He made us feel so welcome, and even organised a "surprise greeting/birthday cake" for my wife's birthday! Top job Daniel, very much appreciated! Rooms are a bit "Dated/dark" and had a musty kind of smell, but this was overcome by a couple of air fresheners....so no complaints!

Great stay indeed. Lovely hotel with an amazing view from the balcony. I stayed in the third floor one bedroom deluxe suite sea view. I believe the rooms are slowly being renovated and to the room although very spacious and comfortable definatetly needs a refresh. Air con worked well which was great and so good int he mornings to open the balcony and have fresh air. The bed mattress although looks fairly new is very firm. I like that personally and slept fine but not to everyones tastes. My main gripe though is the tv in both bedroom and lounge. They are very small by todays standards and only showed analogue tv channels which also had bad reception.. i do like to watch tv sometimes and was a shame as other hotels in thailand have 40-50" screens with all digital channels and hdmi inputs for your laptop. Yes the tv had one but the one in the lounge was so old the hdmi did not work correctly. Anyway small things. The other thing to be aware is that the there is a lot of noise from the street from cars and taxis. I am not sure why so noisy outside the hotel, as i have stayed down the road and was really quiet. I had to sleep with earplugs. Just wished to make light sleepers such as myself aware of this. I would stay again as the rest was so lovely i can put up with the downsides. The location is superb, The 7-11 is so easy outside and a lovely coffee/resturant part of the hotel which i spent a lot of time in. The staff through the hotel are so friendly and happy to help. Infact the staff need a 5* rating just for themselves really. There is a decent length swimming pool which is at the back of the hotel which i really liked and used a lot. Breakfast although not a massive choice is perfectly fine for most people. Great selection of hot dishes if thats your thing. Would have loved to see some honey on offer! Coffee was excellent. Overall a great 5 days in July 2022 and would recommend for anyone to stay. Once the rooms have been updated and if possible an improvement to the sound insulations on the front windows then i would not hesitate to give 5 stars.…

A great property, with the location being its charm. It's situated on Patong Beach far enough from all the noise and party from Bangla Street, yet close enough to get to wherever you would like to go! The service and the staff are really kind and hospitable, we had an easy check which did not take more than 5 mins. The rooms are decently sized with everything you'd need. Overall an excellent property!

The location of Homm Bliss is awesome, Patong beach is right across the road! There is also a decent sized 7-11 right at the hotel’s doorstep. Walking distance to many food establishments and entertainment too. About 15 min walk to the happening Bangla Road. We really liked the more quiet side of Patong Beach, while we are still close to all the action. The hospitality of the hotel staff is commendable too! They always greeted us with enthusiasm and gave off a welcoming vibe. They immediately came out to help with our luggage once our taxi arrived. The sea view from our room was enjoyable too. The facilities in the room was relatively well maintained, there was a small leak in the shower area but nothing too serious. Overall, great place to stay at!

After being messed around by Anona hotel and then trying to take our money for a room we didn’t pay for.. my mum and I were left to find a room within 5 mins and came across homm bliss. The staff were welcoming as soon as we walked into the door. They took our bags and we made our way straight to our room! We were on the 3rd floor in the suite with the jacuzzi in the bedroom! The rooms aren’t modern but have a very Thai feel to them, the Tv could be a little bigger and the bed was firm. But the staff made it so much more of a pleasant stay!! It was also a great view!! We had the buffet breaky every morning and loved that the Thai food was always different every day, the coffee was also great! Down stairs at reception the cocktails and fruit shakes were amazing and very affordable, we drank way too many of them. As for the staff, a massive thank you to Daniel for telling us all of the list visit places and answering all of our questions. to the wonderful lady making coffees in the breaky room, thank you for always having a smile on your face. To the staff in the downstairs cafe, thank you for making such amazing drinks! The reception staff were all so lovely, along with the security at the front. A special note to our airport driver for having a chat with us in the car and being so lovely!! Thanks again for a great stay after such a horrible experience from the Anona resort.…
