Met up here for drinks with some friends and a bite to eat and the food was amazing, the service was great and the views were views and decorations were spectacular! Will definitely be back. Thank you James
Having stayed at different hotels across the world,I think that this is the worst that i have stayed at.The AC in the room was not working and there was nothing that the hotel staff did to rectify it.The staff is not at all interested in providing service.Breakfast was pathetic ..stale food without any options.I was booked into this hotel by my tour operator and checked out on the 2nd day even though we were booked for 3 nights.DO NOT STAY HERE it is a sheer waste of money.
staff is good All major market places are nearby vicinity. swimming pool and wifi facility is good. breakfast is not up to the mark, they get it from their main branch Andarika it seems, so no cooking done here so options are less. for vegetarian, you can say no options but bread butter ad jam. no fan forget about ac in the lobby, mosquitoes all over, and the room 209 which we stayed didnt have an working air conditioner. Staff is courteous but is an average hotel, best for only stay. one can overhear the conversations or TV sound from your neighbouring room!! we had few men travelers next to our room who were too noisy at night even. we called at reception to take care of this but no use. People (public) should be responsible enough to think themselves and not to disturb during the sleeping hours. for vegetarians there is a restaurant BADASHA, makes very tasty and good quality food. thats the one and only option in Phuket near this Patong area. for a strict veggie its difficult to have wholesome food in Thailand as options are very very few. Even in flight we dont get NO CHICKEN food!! …
I would rate it as a decent hotel located in the prime location. It's very near to Patong Beach and ever happening Bangla Street. If you are not looking for elusive services or pampering from hotel staffs, then this can be your option. One thing you need to consider before booking budgeted hotels in Phuket, is that from where you get proper pick up for you day trips. Patong is one are from where all operators provide free pick-up. The hotel as such has all the basic amenities that you need for a decent stay. Well at the price I booked the hotel, I shouldn't be expecting more. I was there just to sleep, so for me the hotel worked out well. But, if you are looking for honeymoon stay or planning for a dream vacation where you expect high level comfort, then indeed this is not your option. Main USP of this hotel is it's location. Apart from that, it provides you all basic amenities to spend a day or two in Phuket.…
We stayed here for 3 nights... The room was quite OK... But, they required 300 Singapore Dollars for Security Deposit which is high compared to other hotels... Our Bathroom lock was not working.. (Room 202), There was no water in the morning (19.04.2018).. They said they will repair and it took hours... We missed our trip to James Bond Island because of this... The room was not cleaned on the third day.. when we request they took around 2 hours to clean the room... Positives: Restaurants, Super Markets, Patong Beach, Bangla Road are near to this place. Cheap hotel... They have a swimming pool too (shallow pool) and a bar (which was empty all the time)
Awesome hotel especially for the price!! Very close to bangla road just a 5 minute walk or so. Lovely pool. Hotel attendants were super friendly!!! The breakfast was average though. Not much to choose from.
I stayed here from 10january 2018 until 21January. They really need a lesson on how to clean rooms. Housekeeping would come but there would still be dust on the floor and the bathroom had the same toothpaste marks on since our first night. One would think it would get wiped up as hotels so. Dirty glasses would be left there for days and days. I felt like buying them a proper broom, that straw thing they use is not a broom and does absolutely nothing. The bed sheets were not changed when housekeeping came. I eventually had to tell her to change it after I got bitten or something from the bed sheets. It made me itch so bad. I know Thai is their official language but dealing with tourists on a daily basis I would expect them to learn some basic English. To a point where to just say forget it IL figure it out myself. Won't stay here again , besides being central but that's the only upside.…
We were here for 3 nights.entire hotel was almost occupied. Room size is average and washroom nice and clean they even have a small balcony with chair and table ..there is no electric kettle in room however if u ask they will provide u with one.In breakfast ,for vegetarian only bread butter and steam vegetables.however we can't comment on other food items as we di nt eat in hotel..hotel was almost entirely occupied.for indian food try badshah hotel right across the road..Very good location ..15 min walk to patong beach and bangla street
We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. Some negative things, but atmostly positive. Negative parts are really slow or even non-existent wifi. Wifi is not the most important thing in the world if you’re traveling, but it’s complicated to plan your trip without it. Second thing is freezing pool water. And 3rd, the hotel ran out of water, so we couldn’t use toilet or have a shower. If you have problems, then reception staff is really helpful, but atmostly they can’t do anything about it. Rooms are nice and clean with a balcony. If you want, then you can also use the other pool in the next hotel called Andakira, which is really nice and long, but the water in there is cold aswell.
Title is cheap and basic.. massage place across the hotel is good... usually I don't massage much in Phuket cause they usually do tourist business and not really massage. This place is awesome About the hotel... nothing to shout or complains 15 min walk to beach.
