The service is good . Staff is kind enough to complete your requests . Room service is quick. I had a pool access room and pool was not clean the first day and when complained they did a fine job for the rest of my stay . I stayed for 6 nights and overall accessibility to the patong beach is easy due to free shuttle service from the hotel .

Great experience with the people at the hotel. Also the hotel location is easily accessible from most places around Patong. The people at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The best experience was Thai Boxing with Mr Noom and Spa afterwards.

One of our room was opened without any permission at midnight about 01:00. It was so absurd and terrible hotel experience. Our privacy were intruded at all. We were shocked and scared when we were waked by strange noise. Finally, we found that it was the hotel staff. In the next morning, they could not tell why it was happened. The front staff only said they couldn’t see the room was occupied in the computer. We looked for a refund for a night but in vain. In anyway, the hotel refuse to refund to us even they disturbed our stay. Instead, the hotel can only offer a free stay for one night if we visit Phuket again. To be honest, there are lots and lots of hotel and resort to choose from in Phuket, I will not cone back the nature Phuket again.

We have enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks at the Nature. The staff have been so friendly and helpful. We've found the restaurants here terrific with great service. All rooms overlook pools and are well appointed.

The hotel is old, dusty and smelly 😔. Pictures on agoda and official website are misleading, breakfast have few option and is just okay on quality, room pool view is actually facing other rooms closely and could hear people's conversation clearly. 90%of customers are Indian family and they smoking all around. Will never come again.

Very good experience, we could enjoy a lot. Nice place for the kids to be, 3 different pools, kids club with few activities. Nice staff very kind and helpful. The room was so cool as we could have access to the beach view pool from our balcony, a nice rooftop bar with a great view of Patong beach. The hotel provides shuttle buses to Patong about 10min drive which you can enjoy the most busiest street in Phuket. Myself I could have 4 days Mauy Thai private training with NOUM. Amazing person and great experience which I recommend to anyone who wants to have Thai boxing practice. Thank you so much NOUM and see you soon.
