The reason for my suggesting name change is:- NO customer service - very poor English skills and every request was too much for them to handle No coffee or tea supplied - so why give us a kettle. We have never stayed at a 3star that didn't supply tea and coffee in the room Fresh towells were only delivered at...

So I am currently staying in the hotel, it is situated within a 5 minute walk to the famous Bangalore road. The location is ideal. There are two pools, one downstairs and one on the roof with a great view of Phuket. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a 24hour seven eleven for groceries. You will find...

Our room had cockroaches everywhere, disgusting smell, old closet, old fashioned TV and bad customer service at the reception. The reality isn't even 20% at how it looked in the photos. Fortunately we just stayed one night.

This was not our first choice of hotel however after a mess up with our reservation this is where we ended up. We had a pleasant stay, everything was clean and well maintained, it didn't seem very old so still looked in good condition. The staff, although we didn't seem to see them very often, seemed to be there when...

The Amata resort is a great priced hotel located central to all the action in Patong, however the only bad thing about this place is the very poor wifi which is annoying if your doing a little business or trying to communicate to the outside world.

Breakfast buffet was good and the staff even arranged for take away for us on last day since we had to leave early in the morning. Overall a...

We have stayed at the Amata many times over the years. We have seen it grow, improve and refurbish. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The reception staff this time however were not. Our experience has killed any love we had for the Amata and all the beautiful memories with it. We prepaid our room by CC before leaving...

Rooms are nice. The room in which we lived had a rather bad view surrounded by old building. The breakfast was nice. However, for vegetarians there are very few options at other time of the day. Restaurant was always empty apart from breakfast time. Swimming pool is OK. The hotel is centrally located. We could find market open even at 12...
