I had the most amazing time at this hotel situated right on the beach and a few hundred steps to Bangla Road. This is where many of the night clubs are. We had a beautiful room over looking the sea. What makes this hotel special are the team that work there. Nothing is to much trouble. They take care of your every whim. Decor is getting a little dated but who cares when you have a great bed to sleep in and a wonderful team to take care of you. I want to thank each and everyone of the team for there professional, polite helpful attitude. Well done. Hope to sea you all again soon. ❤️❤️
We stayed in a private pool villa the hotel is perfectly located between the beach and Patong area, the service is fantastic and the staff are all so lovely I was really impressed with my stay and would recommend this hotel In the room you have coffee and tea making facilities, you are provided with items that you may find useful such as toothbrush, razor, sewing kit and the mini bar is replenished daily There was no issue with loud noise and I am Unable to understand why others have given negative reviews as our experience has been so wonderful
This was my third stay at La Flora and I must say the resort is holding up well considering its age. Of course, it has one very exclusive advantage over other similar resorts: it has absolute beach front, i.e. no road to cross, just walk out onto the beach. And most of the rooms arranged in long rows towards the beach means that views of the water are possible from some of the balconies. If you are in a room closer to the beach as I was, you can even hear the waves. I was looking forward to those sunset views from the roof bar and restaurant but the palm trees along the beach front are blocking that view now. Also, those delicious buffet breakfasts aren't quite as stunning. However, any shortcomings of the resort are more than compensated by a friendly staff who bend over backwards to cater for your every wish. So thumbs up overall! More about the resort can be found in my previous reviews albeit they are very dated now. This stay in Phuket was for a week and I have fallen in love with the place again, probably because there are less crowds due to Covid. But the place is alive which is more than can be said for many other Thai locations at the moment. A lot of development has occurred since I was last here, including an International Terminal which handles direct flights to everywhere - a boon for people wanting to avoid Bangkok. If you want a holiday on a truly exotic tropical island with beautiful beaches and scenic views, then do yourself a favour and rediscover Phuket. I will be returning this year.…
Location location location. Can't get any better location in the Patong area. You are minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Breakfast and mini bar were included everyday which provided value that everyone will enjoy. All staff were friendly and engaging with each interaction. The front desk personnel made me feel like I was staying with family and not just another customer in a room.
Convenient location (near Bangla Road, clubs, massages, restaurants, & laundry pickups), nice pools, clean, comfortable rooms, good food & an amazing staff. Lateefah and the crew did an awesome job making us feel at home for the duration of our stay.
