This is another one of those places situated ideally for getting around Krabi on foot, or at a push, tuc tuc to see the sights and sites. It's a nice place. Good breakfast, clean rooms, briilant staff and a handy pool to cool off after a big wander.we loved it.. Thanks to the staff for their friend ess and helpful nature. One down side, the air con was particularly cold (it was needed) and did it make a noise - yes! Made the pillow vibrate! All in all, cracking

STAY AWAY FROM HOTEL!!! We entered the room, the bathroom has mould all around the bath. Someone else’s opened food was in the fridge. We booked a twin room, we asked is we could change to a double. The hotel told us there was no availability for double rooms the rest of our stay. They refused give us a refund. Disgusting room and awful customer experience.

We have been traveling in Thailand for 4 months and I must say this is one of the most comfortable and clean hotels we have encountered. Room large, comfortable chairs, fabulous bed and pillows , lots of power points and lighting. Balcony with outdoor setting. Hotel has a lift for upper floors. Only stayed 1 night passing through. Hotel has a pool and free parking.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS We arrived at the hotel at about 4pm, all lights were off in the hotel and it was really dark, the hotel is in the middle of no where, and pretty much on a building site - on the way to our room there were cots and mattresses on the floor meaning it was hard to move, and when we went to our room everything was outdated and the room wasn’t totally clean. The hotel looks nothing like the photos. I went to the reception to ask if we could have a part refund as we weren’t happy with the hotel, where he said i had to ring booking.com (who were little to know help as this did take about 2 hours to sort out) - cut a long story short, as i sent photos of everything to booking.come and filed a complaint, the employee said i wouldn’t get a refund as i complained, and said that he would call the police on me (he said this was as i was aggressive, which wasn’t the case (he just got annoyed we complained and wanted to leave)). We ended up losing money on the stay, but we had to leave - avoid at all costs.

We only stayed here for 1 night but it was a good night. The pool area and bed are comfortable the rooms are very clean with softer beds then we’ve been used to on this holiday which was good. The hotel even gave us a free breakfast

We stayed for 3 days during which we did 2 day trips via Ao Nang before we flew back. Relatively modern hotel with nice sized rooms, balcony and pool. Importantly they provided a lift to the town at request which we used all the time, the walk back up the hill from town is about 15 minutes. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast average only. We were allowed a late check-out with additional cost. Next time though I would stay in town to avoid the travel hassle.

I was searching a long time for the right hotel, at the end I chose this one and I didn't regret my choice. First, I would strongly recommend to ask for a pool side. We firstly got a room facing the backyard, the room was dark and very noisy. Luckily the hotel stuff was very helpful and change the room for us ASAP, through the hotel was full at this time. The second room was very bright and spacious, very conveniently arranged and perfectly clean (even inside the shelves). Everything was in a very good condition. The room also had a big balcony where you can relax anytime. The view was soo great, it was facing the hotel pool and the jungle, I woke up everyday with the sounds from the jungle. The housekeeping stuff was amazing, very active end friendly, the did their job perfectly, even changed the bedding several times, we didn't even asked for it! They provided full set of toiletries, coffee, tea and bottled water every day. We liked the buffet breakfast. There were enough choices of hot and cold dishes (several kind of fried noodles, porridge, sausages, cereals etc), fresh fruits every day. The hotel is about 15min walk down the hill. The area is surrounded with administrative buildings, during the night time there aren't many people around, but it didn't feel unsafe. The hotel provides a free shuttle to any place in the city centre, which is the best highlight of the hotel. It has no scheduled time, you can ask anytime for it. We used it almost every day, sometimes even several times a day. The driver even greeted us in the morning with the words "where would you like to go today ma'am?". We really felt like pampered with care. It was like having a private driver. This kind of service you can't even expect from a five star hotel! The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's the reason why it has so many advantages. I really relaxed every day of my 5day stay in this hotel and regretted when I later moved to the overcrowded Ao Nang.

I spent a week at Golden Hill Hotel and had no complaints. Its a good three star hotel in a quiet part of Krabi town. My room, although rather old fashioned in decor, was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet so i slept well. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the lovely view of the surrounding trees and distant sea. The staff were polite and friendly and the buffet breakfast was adequate. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk into the town centre. However, there is also a hotel shuttle bus if you don't want to walk. If i return to Krabi i would definitely stay at this hotel again. its not luxury but good for a short stay.

This hotel was a convenient and comfortable place for me as a women traveling alone to land and begin to explore southern Thailand. I needed a quiet place to get over my jet lag before beginning a demanding tour of the north. The hotel is clean, the food in the restaurant was in expensive and very good, The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There was a min-van parked outside which would take guests into Krabi's downtown or water front for free on demand. And while downtown Krabi has a night market and restaurants and can be noisy, this hotel is a bit off the center, which means it is quiet and you can get a good night's sleep. Try and get a room on the side overlooking the pool. That side has a lovely view. On the waterfront a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel, it was easy to get tickets for day trips to nearby islands. From downtown ( just ask the hotel mini bus driver to take you to the right place) it is easy to get a local bus to a beach town on the sea.
