Large resort with clean and peaceful surroundings. Rooms are decent size n clean. Breakfast is ok, nothing to complain. Close to main road so pretty accessible. Only minor points are that wifi is not v fast n requires u to log in frequently n tv channels are limited.

You'd never know this quiet oasis is just a short distance from the busy road. The grounds, especially around the pool, are beautiful. All of the staff members were friendly with smiles and nice greetings. I had a 2nd floor room overlooking the pool. It was peaceful and sitting on the small balcony in the evening was a nice way...

We booked here for the last three nights of our three week holiday. After travelling through Thailand and stopping at the more touristy locations this seemed an unlikely area to visit although its WW2 history was a factor. I have read some of the other reviews and can add nothing more to the comments already made; The staff were excellent,...

If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, this is a good value option just a short ride from the bridge at Kanchanburi. We've visited this hotel twice now. I had to return again as our first visit was just a quick one-night stay and it was noticeable in that short time how peaceful the hotel was sitting by...

This was the final hotel we stayed in on our recent tour around Thailand and it was one of the best. The rooms were great with a good bathroom. It was also one of the few hotels that we stayed in which had a decent balcony containing a table and chairs. One of the strengths of this hotel was the...

We stayed here as part of the pre-arranged Friendly Planet group. The grounds are beautiful, very tropical/jungle-y, and reminded us of Hawaii. The pool is lovely and has a very picturesque view of the river. The biggest downfall here is the rooms. They are very "rustic" and honestly with how beautiful everything else is, I expected more. The bed was...

This really is a gem of a hotel. My wife, 2 sons and self just stayed for 3 nights – one double and one twin room including breakfast was less than THB 10,000 for the whole stay. Evening meal(s) were extra but also good quality, plentiful in a really beautiful setting alongside the River Kwai. An absolute bargain for delightful...

This joint can't be faulted. In the modern meaning of the word the staff are terrific ... attentive, thoughtful, obliging and genuine; the location is terrific and the rooms are terrific. The tariff is not at all frightening. Good food in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast standard best try but miss the mark. If you are in a swank hotel in...
