Excellent Resort just by the side of the River Kwai. Its very close to the Historic Bridge on the River Kwai. From the Resort compound you can view the Bridge. Very peaceful location and the resort is spread out in a big place with lots of greenness around. I stayed in a River facing room. Quite big - well decorated...

Having stayed the Felix three times most recently in Aug 2015 and as far back as 1998. It is still a good place to stay - good value for money - but don't be mistaken - it is not 5 stars. The rooms haven't been refurbished for a long time - if at all. The rooms are large and still...

I had booked a DeLuxe room. I asked about a river view. Reception told me I could have for 600baht extra, a night. As we were staying for 4 nights. I accepted their offer, and found ourselves in an upper floor suite in "D" block. Just walking in, and seeing the very spacious lounge area had me knowing the upgrade...

Stayed 4 nights in room D112. A spacious and well appointed ground floor room overlooking the River Kwai. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space; very comfy king size bed; TV – only English speaking channel was No 14 an American newsy type network broadcasting from Moscow! Spacious and well appointed bathroom with a good hot shower over bath; nice toiletries;...

This was probably an amazing resort when it was new. However, the rooms are now old and the wifi barely works. At least the grounds are well maintained and the pool is a highlight! This is a little bit out of the way, but a short walk brings you across the Kwai Bridge. Because of this, the dining options are...

This hotel is very nice and beautiful in the outside but the accomodations and rooms are not so good, but it is the best in the area. The service is very good very friendly people and helpful. The breakfast bufett was ok but not a lot of varieties. Must take mosquito spray because there's a lot of mosquitos.

I last stayed at the Felix about 5 years ago and it has not got any better ! The grounds are still impressive with lovely view of the river which it borders the problem is inside. The hotel is now 24 years old and sadly in need of refurbishment but as it is mainly catering for a Thai conference trade...

This is a really huge hotel! 2 swimming pool, tennis court, some restaurants, etc. It is really near the bridge of the River Kwai, 10 minutes walking, so very good position! Some of the staff was really helpful, other not al all. Unfortunately the room seems really old (with dust and broken furniture), also I didn't like the fact that...

Baja Jones Adventures coordinated this room stay. The tour advertised this as a 4 star accommodation. However, this is not a 4 star hotel or even a 3 star hotel. The pool is nice but closes at 8 p.m. and there is no towel service at the pool; you must pay to use the sauna; there is no jacuzzi. The...

This hotel is in a great location and the pool/landscaping is top notch. However, don't expect a 5 star bathroom. There was some mold on the tile and the water pressure was pretty awful. However, this is in a jungle setting and the rooms are otherwise nice. They also have an area in the lobby to book excursions. Overall, I...
