This has become one of my favourite properties that I have stayed at. The owner and architect has designed an awesome hotel. The details are so well thought out and executed. Every view and angle in the hotel is pleasant to look at. The little things such as how the carpark across the road is constructed to reflect the design of the hotel is an example. The choice of wine glasses in the guest room is considered and not compromised. It seems to be a very popular instragramable location. I like to sit back and look at the design. It's very calming. I am a big fan of minimalist design and this one ticks all of the boxes. The guest rooms are superb and very functional. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom could use more lighting at the mirror. Being only 5 levels in total there is no lift and that might be ideal breaker for some. However, I don't mind the stairs because the design is makes them a pleasure to use and the exercise is good. I you have large luggage, this will be a problem for the high floors. Another tip - this is not a kid friendly hotel so leave the kids at home or find another property. The staff are excellent and friendly but english is limited. The trees and plants around the exterior of the hotel have been maintained and incorporated into the design. You will love the guest corridors and the use of bamboo. Well done to the owner.

Cozy establishment on a quiet street.
Big room with comfortable double bed. Good amenities, with warm shower. Would recommend to have more shelves in the shower area, for toiletries, and also brighter lights in the toilet.

Love the balcony - which faces some trees and hill view at a distant. Good place to hang out, to chill and have some quiet time.

Nice breakfast in the morning. Tiffin carrier was a nice novelty. Food was quite delicious

Pool area was also another great chill out zone. Did not try the pool due to time constraint, but the pool water looked inviting

Appreciate the warm and friendly staff who made our stay feel welcomed.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. I find it a bit pricy considering the overall service/amenities are quite basic but with nice designs/facade. Room is very spacious with really comfy bed. Situated along quiet neighbourhood and easy access to surrounding F&B and attractions. Room comes with breakfast and you have 3 options to choose from and the food is not bad. My room had a single bed on the floor which came in handy when I ordered a massage session. Reasonably priced at 450THB per hour for full body oil massage. Bathroom/toilet is decent size though I wished the shower head is of better quality but it’s alright. The lighting in the room can be a bit too dark for my liking but that’s ok. Also, this hotel does not have a lift so bear in mind that you have to take the stairs. The rooftop pool is nice and you get to watch the sunset. Oddly, the bar on the rooftop floor is not in operation which is quite a shame, and there’s also a pool table. However, it would come in handy if the pool had steps for you to easily get in/out from the pool. Take the bathrobe from your room when you go to the pool because there’s no pool towel service or any service for that matter.

My wife and I stayed a few nights at this hotel to explore the waterfalls and hellfire pass/death railway sights in Kanchanburi. The hotel has a industrial modern / minimalist feel, a nice mixed a bamboo, wood and concrete.

Some of the key features include:

+ Big bed and spacious room (include an area for luggage)
+ Big balcony with 2 chairs - includes a view of trees (and Big C in the background)
+ Delicious breakfast! It’s not the usual buffet spread, but it’s tasty. We liked the three-tier tiffin and the fact that ordering ahead of time reduces food waste
+ Staff attentive and friendly! Always smiling and helped us with doors.
+Pool is cool though likely underused
+Note: There are a lot of stairs (and no lift/elevator, as far as I am aware)

Suggestion:
-Add sensor lights on the bend of the stairway. Too dark sometimes.
-Consider installing electrical sockets by the bed

Although the property is not by the river, the trees and green outside of our window made it scenic too. **Special thanks to Song Kran, young man helped us book our tour of the death railway with Joy.

The hotel is very beautiful. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. However, there are no matresses or towels for the sunbeds. The "bar" is closed since forever (?) The hotel has so much potential that is getting wasted. Such a shame. It feels like you pay for the design of the hotel and nothing else. The staff is not bothered that much to keep you happy. All good bars and restaurants are 1.5-2kilometres away.

A very nice boutique hotel. Clean, simple facility you meet our need and spacious with a nice view and rustic interior design.

We love the simple breakfast ( is healthy, in fact is like their home-cook style local dish) and the service-go for their ice coffee! I asked for a coffee and they by chance serve me ice-coffee. ☺️

If you love the rustic - quiet style this is highly recommended.

Only thing is the pool;there is no step to climb up. ( did i missed it?! 🤣) My hubby has to hold me and i slowly push myself up and roll from the edge with one leg pushing myself up. But that is the fun of it. We were laughing all the way. Not idea for old folks but fun for young -middle age couple.

Location:Great is 5 - 10 mins away from eatery and market stall. Lotus and big c super market too!

Stayed here during the Covid crisis.

Nice big rooms in a quiet part of the city. Beds very comfortable and everything is built well.

A bit of a walk to some restaurants but will return for another stay.

Hotel was stunning. Rooms very spacious, bed comfortable and balcony lovely too!
The roof top pool was empty when we visited and completely beautiful.

The breakfast was nice and staff friendly.

The only thing I would say is that the room didn’t have a safe. Most rooms normally have this so I was quite surprised.

The hotel was also quite eary, not sure there was many guests around.
