We are frequent visitors to Hua Hin, and decided to try a different hotel (our previous hotel was increasing in price but decreasing in quality). Although there were some minor issues, we are glad we made the change. We'd stay here again. The hotel is small/medium in size. Everything was very clean (actually, spotless). The room were large enough (small... More

We benefited from a room upgrade on arrival, the result was an enormous room, something that's pleasant in hot conditions. The condition was as new. Wifi worked well which was important to us. The hotel features quirky decoration of various mid 20th century radios, bikes, etc. which lends a certain charm. Pool is pleasant. The beach is about 10 minutes'... More

If you're ok with staying a bit further from the beach this hotel is fantastic. Good price, super clean, lovely pool and a good breakfast. Staff is amazing and very service oriented. We have stayed here several times and will come back again.

We stayed at Smile for one week. And found everything okay. Room, bathroom, breakfast buffet: all good. It is about ten minutes walking from the beach. And ten minutes from the night market where you can have an interesting and cheap meal. We had a great night at muay thai boxing. It was one of the highlights of our visit.... More

We stayed here for 3 nights had one deluxe room which was very large and spacious and 2 x double rooms again very spacious. Rooms were kept very clean and tidy and the cleaning staff did not seem to stop. The hotel has free wifi which worked fine for our browsing needs, breakfast which was the best we have ever... More

We were in Thailand with our 3 children. Being a backpacker in my 20's, the best experiences were often staying in the smaller places with the local people and I wanted to make sure my kids experienced this as well as having the mix of the luxury hotels in Bangkok and the beachside resorts of Koh Samui, and stay in... Stayed in Smile for the first time because of the location, Soi 94 which just seems to get better. The hotel was great from the warm greeting when I arrived to the excellent treatment during the stay. Breakfast was ample with both western and local food and the pool a great place to spend the hotter hours of the day.... More
