We chose a pool access room for the kids. The room was big, but pool is small. Line of breakfast was limited. The layout of buffet line was awkward. Egg station was placed behind the wall which was a walkway to the parking. It didnt deserve a 4-star hotel.

The Hotel and its layout is for a 4 star hotel acceptable and fine. It is modern in design and with a big pool and nice garden. However, the service in the hotel is truly a let down. Being a hotelier myself with over 20 years in the 5 star hospitality industry, I must admit I was shocked to see...

We checked in for 2 nights ( 4th April 2015 checkin ) over the long weekend to spend sometime away from Bangkok. Knowing that the hotel is rated as 4 star, luxury was not inclusive in our expectation but service and cleanliness is no excuse , no matter the star. We stayed on the 3rd floor (306), after checking in,...

We stayed one week in late Februry and enjoyed it just as much as last time, a year ago. Clean spaceious rooms, good beds and nice bathroom and shower. Big nice balconies, all facing the swimmingpool and the sea to the right. Very good swimmingpool, 80 metres, so it is nice to swim there. All the staff at this hotel...

The hotel was nice, with nice room and swimming pool, Not normally one to complain, but the only issue with this Hotel was the Breakfast, it was cold, bland, had ants on the bread and lacking in variety. The Hotel itself was lovely, room was very nice, some noise at night from nearby venues, but not unrealistically loud. Staff were...

February 2015. Just spent nine nights here, perfect to relax and enjoy sun and shade. Had a room which directly opened onto the pool - fabulous. Good location short taxi tuk tuk ride into town, which frequently pass the hotel. Disappointed with the lack of storage in the room . Good choice of breakfast - needed to be early though...

Serenity is a nicely designed boutique hotel about 5-10 minutes out of Hua Hin town centre. If you don't have a car, there's a shuttle bus at the place leaving at regular intervals. There's also public transport passing by, so reaching town is do-able, although with some "effort". Rooms are roomy, with large, relaxing balconies and plenty of desk- and...

Staying there for 2 nights as we're attending a wedding at the anantara nearby. The rooms are large and bright. The wifi keep coming on and off, I wouldnt recommend for business stay. The hotel is by the road and noisy by night (beside a bar). The breakfast isnt impressive I would recommend to find a little coffee in town...
