We had very low expectations prior to arrival due to the poor review we read on TripAdvisor. However we were quite surprised with the rooms. It was dated for sure, but the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was old and needs attention, but the water pressure was excellent. The water was too hot during night time (even though you turned...

The hotel is quite old and the normal room looks scary. We decided to transfer (with charge) on another room which is quite okay. Staff was not approachable at all. The hotel was under construction when we visited. If you are travelling with family, better look for other hotel.

1) strategic location walking distance to shoping malls, restaurants, street foods & massage services. Easy to get local taxi called tut-tut near hotel. 2) cheap price but rooms are outdated & in need of major construction. - leaking water from bath tub & sink. - malfunctioning heater in toilet so not really getting hot water for shower - toilet seat...

Hotel location of the hotel is very strategic, in the middle of the city centre. Once you get off the hotel, there are lots of shopping areas and night market. But the location hotel is in front of pork restaurant. We need to walk through the restaurant if we want to go to town. Bed is comfortable. The rooms are...

Regency is a centrally located hotel. It's a minute's walk to Lee Garden Plaza and the surrounding areas and a 5-minute walk to the morning market. All shopping areas are within walking distance. It has a grand-looking lobby area with beautiful paintings and Thai-themed sculptures. The rooms are reasonably big and the beds were super comfy! It has all the...

This hotel is poorly maintained. The first room that was given to me had an old mattress which is not flat. In the second upgraded room the Bath tub had cracks. Bellboys always hustling for massage services.

This is my favourite hotel to stay whenever I travel to Hatyai. I love it because I have been staying in this hotel for many years and I know most of the front desk staff very well. The hotel is slight too old and the rooms are pretty run down too but it is well compensated by its excellent location...
