Only the location is not bad. The tuk tuk driver was easily confused with the name and sent us to Centara Hotel even we said it's not the hotel. The outlook is old and even the hotel inside is very classic. The room smell of cigarette and we need to open the window for fresh air. Carpet felt dirty. Bathroom...

The hotel lives up to its name by having a central location. You go out and the shopping and food awaits you.you can have a lovely breakfast to start off the day in their restaurant. Drinks in their executive lounge are reasonably priced and they have a band playing in the evening.Rooms are clean and room service is fast and...

I stayed in Centara Hotel on 8.11.14 for two (2) nights. I find it's very convenient and it's location is very strategic, is definitely "centre" of the town. During my stay in Hatyai, weather wasn't too good & raining from time to time. This is where I find this hotel is good that, we were still able to shop freely....

The room is very big with 2 double beds and worth it and really cheap with the price that we paid. The bathroom is very clean. The qiblat direction also have in the room. They should upgrade the furnitures in the room since it's quite old. Very strategic location and the hotel is at the centre of the Hatyai town....

I had to crash here 1 night with my family as there were some unexpected delayed in our holiday back in mid nov 2013. The hotel location isn't bad and the staff were good enough. The rooms has outdated designs and the in room furniture are old. But it was cheap.

Another typical South of Thailand Hotel that requires to be refurbished. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable although the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The Hotel is near the centre of Hat Yai and close to all the major shopping, pubs and night life therefore modernisation would make it an ideal place to stay. The staff...
