This convenient city hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of Had Yai City. At your door steps are shops, and restaurant. The complementary breakfast is ok, best to skip it and venture out to the great breakfast places dotted around town.

I normally don't write reviews because I work as an Assistant Front Office Manager in a big Resort in Khaolak which caters 650 customers per day, in reality booking as a customer you should be able to cater the needs of your customers no matter how much the price of the room is. Story happened at noon check out time, about reception and housekeeper, without checking properly blaming customer steal their towels cost 1000bath. Dear friends, before checking out, the best to ask the reception and housekeeper to check your room before you leave the room. Bad hotel spoiled the first songkran trip.
