I stayed at this guest house on three consecutive weekends in February 2014 and enjoyed every one of them. A basic room is just 200 Baht, and you can pay an extra 50/100 Baht if you want extra facilities such as air conditioning and TV (one night I was able to watch the Arsenal v Liverpool FA Cup game!). Breakfast...

just stayed 3 nights in this guest house. The location of the guest house is good, 10 minutes to the night bazaar and bus station. Many restaurants and bar nearby. It has a small restaurant serving breakfast and cost cheap ... But the accommodation is old and there is little insects / bugs in the room. When I stayed at...

If you just want a bed and a shower - this place will do, room was very basic but price reflects this- it was clean and as we stayed 2 nights our towels were changed over which was nice. It's close to restaurants and cafés/bars which is good, found it to be a bit noisy at night. Given we paid...

I visited the Boonbundan on two occasions on my trip to Thailand - excellent guesthouse for the price I paid for it. It had fantastic WIFI, lots of rooms for us all to stay in, a nice out door chill area and a breakfast cafe doing full english's for something like 100 Baht (£2) which wasn't bad at all. I...

Cheap and cheerful stay here. Close to shops and bars and nice area in general but room only average, beds not the best and lots of insects around. We had a fan room also so can get quite hot. Free wifi available in garden area. No breakfast included but lots of places near to eat.

All the other places were full, but this place was clean enough and had reasonable prices. The staff weren't too helpful and it was a bit too close to the tourist strip so it was hard to get a good nights sleep. Stayed mid-Jan in a triple room with a fan, breakfast not included.

This guesthouse is near by everything in the main town, just 3/4blocks away from the bus station, night market (great for cheap food), clock tower and local shops. They have motorbikes(250B) and bicycles(60B) for rent, free Wifi in the garden area, information at the reception(they give you a map of the city), a small breakfast restaurant with nice choices. the...

Basic rooms but clean and with good fan and hot water in en suite bathroom. Some of the staff speak a little English and are helpful. Room cleaned daily and clean towels daily. A nice outside covered area (with wifi) to sit, drink, socialize, read - and, as it is off the main road, it is very quiet and relaxing....

Arriving late in Chiang Rai at a Friend, who took me to this Guesthouse. It is nicely located off a busy road which has bars & Restaurants. It was late at night and although Thai was spoken, it felt very welcoming. I took a basic room, enough space for two persons. With hot water and a fan, for 220 Thai...
