The guesthouse is centrally located in a quiet street, close to the night market and bus terminal. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The room is a good size and is well furnished. Everything worked to my satisfaction. There is no restaurant, but a buffet breakfast of orange juice, fruit, toast and jam, coffee, tea or...

This property is located in a quiet road just 10 minutes walk from the night market and the bars. We three senior citizens were accommodated in the rooms on the ground floor with no balconies but they were larger than the rest. The rooms were well equipped with comfortable beds, fast and stable WiFi, and even a floor standing wooden...

Baanmalai guest house - conveniently located 200 meter from the main road 10 mins walk from the night bazaar, bus station (local bus to white temple and black house) and a bit more from the Sat night market and the clock tower... Simple and basic comfort, run by a nice family - a touch of small town feel when we...

Baan Malai Guesthouse is a family run business. They have big and clean rooms with balconies, air-condition, fridge... Simple breakfast (bread, jam, coffee) is included in the price. And you have to see the fluffy superfast rabbit in the backyard! But the biggest benefit of this place is its staff: When I failed to start a coffee machine, the owner...

Wonderful place! Nice place to lounge and enjoy self serve breakfast in the mornings. All while watching the cute rabbits in the garden. Clean room, nice bed. Walking distance to many areas of interest.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Having traveled extensively we agreed that it is one of the best guesthouses we have stayed in. Family owned and run, only 4 years old, we had a warm welcome and during our stay nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Spotlessly clean throughout. Our good sized room was serviced every day, fresh...

We stayed here for 4 nights. The family who run the guest house are really friendly and speak English. The rooms were very clean and modern. Great value for money. Bookings through Agoda show they don't include breakfast but the nice surprise was they provided free coffee, bananas, toast and jam from 7am-12noon. The Guest House in well located 5mins...

We stayed here for 2 nights and had an excellent experience. The room was clean and spacious. Hot water and good bathroom facilities. Wifi is reasonable and worked well enough for our needs. Simple breakfast but good coffee. Helpful & friendly staff. Close to night market 5min walk. Laundry 30m away 50THB per kg. Clock tower only 10min walk. Great...

My friends and I stayed at this guesthouse in November last year. A cosy, affordable accommodation. There's a self service simple breakfast provided. It was a mixed feeling of home and at the same time holiday. It is situated a walking distance to the market. Excellent

What a wonderful place. So inexpensive yet has everything that you need. The hosts Pud and his wife Noi were wonderful. The staff were always very friendly. The room was great with a good aircon a comfy bed and a nice little sitting verandah (third floor had slightly better views if you mind taking the extra set of stairs). We...
