Upon arrival late evening people in the front desk was not really interested to check us in.. The room we had booked looked like a jail cell, so we had to upgrade to a deluxe room. Cold decorated with a sad balcony including one old wooden chair. Day after we took contact with the tourmanager but he was more interested...

Good accommodation, but the quality was disappointed. Personnel was not really friendly and service minded. Room and bed were OK. Bathroom door is to low for a long Dutchman.. WiFi was a real disaster... Why? Breakfast was OK.

Central for Chang Rai and the evening entertainment. Approx £13 per person per night. clean and tidy with fridge and hairdryer. Bathroom was very dated and needed a refurb but the towels and sheets were clean and the bed comfy. Free wifi in reception AND room but it did go off a few times and we ended sitting in reception...

We were here for one night and had a very pleasant stay. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Rooms are nice, with large beds and loads of storage space. We were on the top floor and were surprised at how strong the wifi connection was. The pool is quite big, with sunbeds and towels provided, and...

We stay here for one night - the hotel and surrounding area is nice. The room given to us quite okay. A huge disappointed for the bathroom. No shower curtain and no hot water. We took shower with almost warm water! Breakfast buffet was okay. Will have to find another hotel to stay next time when we head up north.

We stayed here only one night and were glad we did. Too many annoyances for the price you pay. Pros: - Convenient location, close to bus station and center Cons: - Curtains were almost non-existent, so as soon as it dawns the room is filled with light - Loud noises everywhere, especially the fan in the bathroom was horrible. I...

Ok..nothing special. Room was clean and serviced, WiFi was non existent in my room so I had to sit in the hall way. Room was noisy to the point I could hear the neighbors clomping around as there is no carpet. The manager (I presumed) sat on her high horse barking directions. The real problem I had was with the...
