Stayed here with a group of 15 people. Each room a little different depending on what part has been renovated. Very friendly. Great position within walking distance to most everything, night bazaar, bars, cafes, clock tower etc. Hard beds with a ridge around the mattress that was annoying.

Nice staff, very clean, free bottled water, coffee, tea and coco. Quite spacious. Can do your laundry for a fee and you can also rent a motorbike from here, although found some cheaper just down the road. Nice location too, close to food places, clock tower and the main bus station.

It was definitely quiet in CR when we came to visit but all the bars I wanted to go to were just off the road so perfect location. also very close to temples, clock tower and night bazarre. Staff were really helpful and the rook was basic but luxury compared to the budget places we had been staying! Air con...

First visit to chaing rai and this small hotel made us feel very welcome. The lady on the desk was really helpful and the room was basic but good value for money at 400 thb with air con. Room was clean, good location for night market, bars etc and a good nights sleep ready for an early flight the next...

I like this place; it's a regular for me when I visit Chiang Rai. City center location. Clean and functional. All the basics are there including air conditioning and free internet -- all at a very reasonable cost. Friendly staff.

I visited this guesthouse last year and frankly was not overly impressed. However, having arrived in Chiang Rai very late last night I was not keen to look for somewhere and knowing that Orchids was clean, I headed back there. I am very pleased to say that I left feeling very satisfied. On this occasion, I was greeted by a...

The room was clean and a nice size. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great for the bus station, night market and a large number of bars. Check out isn't until 12 which is very helpful if you are nursing a hangover. Price is very fair for an air con room. I will stay here again.

Orchids guest house has a great central location, it is close to the bars and restaurants streets, the night bazar, the clock tower, the bus station and the walking street. Yet it is quiet and has its own relaxing style. It is very well priced and the owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, simple...

Good sized rooms with nice en suites. Western style toilets. Good shower pressure and temperature. Comfy bed. But avoid room A5 if possible - noisy next to the water heater. Really friendly and helpful staff, especially the lovely receptionist who is on the day shift. Free tea, coffee and water.

This hotel is tucked away off the main Street from the clock tower, near the bus station. It is clean and we'll located. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good choice for a base near the centre and the bus station.

Thank Jon L
