Staying here on 26-28 nov as part of small group tour.
I love all about this hotel, cleanliness, delicious and vast options of breakfast, view from the room, even their weird design of shower.

The hotel has 3 pools at three different levels, love it so much, design was beautiful

After a long taxi ride, the six of us arrived at the GPSR&S. Our baggage was brought to the reception area and we began checking in. There was some confusion about our reservation and phone calls had to be made. There were several young ladies behind the counter, yet none could c

Dear Khun davidasia Thank you very much for choosing Grand Pacific Sovereign Resort and Spa and taking the time to leave your rating and kind comment for us. We are sorry to hear that there was some confusion about your reservation. We got informed that not the reservation self was confusing, the reservation was allright. Our Front Desk staff got the information, that the guest wish to buy additional breakfast coupons and they should make a bill to another person from a company, which will pay the breakfast coupons for them. So the Front Desk staff had to check short with this company if they would pay for the guest here at the hotel. That's the reason why the had some minutes longer than usual for check in. Because the reservation from guest and the billing company wasn't made under the same company name. Our Front Desk staff talked in thai because the person which was coming for check in talked already in thai to them. We are sorry that the checkin process after that for you was thai language and our staff didn't change to english language. Our Front Desk staff normally can talk follow language: Thai, English, French and German. The "Garden View" rooms have a view to our garden way. The guest had an upgrade to the "Mountain View" by our Sale Officer from Bangkok because the guest requested a connecting room, which we don't have by "Garden View" rooms. By the "Mountain View" rooms, if the guest looking down from the balcony, they can see the condominiums from Sansiri company. The construction side is further away direction more to the north. About the problem with the Wifi, we informed our IT Department to follow up and solve the problem. We do appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention and we hope you will give us another chance to welcome you next visit to Cha Am. Warmest regards, The Management

At first sight, the hotel is huge and looks impressive. Rooms offer a lot of space and comfort, but is rather between a 3-star and a 4-star hotel by international standards. Hotel staff is great, helpful, nice, respectful. Although knowing a little bit of the Thai language is a h

I guess if someone has to tell you "grand" then you might be suspicious. And if sovereign means they do things completely to their own rules then at least that's consistent.

If you have to come to Cha am you're better off staying at one of the hotels between Hua Hin and here. B

I've been staying at the Grand Pacific quite a few times and in my opinion, this hotel is quite a nice place to stay. In fact, all depends of what you're looking for. This is a huge hotel located at the very end of a nice and quiet beach road. This is a perfect place if you'd lik

Hello, We are considering a week at the Grand Pacific Sovereign Resort & Spa in January 16. Reports indicate whilst the Hotel is very good it is also quite remote? May we ask what is within walking distance of the Hotel and also how much a taxi is to Hua Hin? Any recommendations on reliable taxi companies for a Bangkok to Cha Am or Hua Hi return with price? Finally can you recommend a floor/room with a good sea view? REgards M

I am wondering if there is a shuttle service from the Hua Hin or Cha Am train station to the hotel? Is there a taxi or shuttle service to go on a day trip to Hua Hin or other attractions? Is there free wifi in the room and and around the property?
Hello, What is the fastest and cheapest way to get from the Suvarnabhumi Airport to The Grand Pacific Sovereign Resort & Spa?
I always negotiate with a taxi driver. You can get for for between 1,500 and 2,000 baht. Be sure to ask him to pick you up and take you back. Alternatively there is a minibus service. Not used for a few years but last time was 150 baht to bkk
