Dear ClaireReb, We highly recommended to visit Surin island for snorkelling. This is full day trip tour and also recommended to do an elephant care (Phang Nga Elephants Park) For your husband birthday, i recommended to arrange in the hotel restaurant. We can arrange a table with nice decoration and serve the cake there. Please send email to let me know your reservation name or booking number and period of stay. Regards,
