My wife and I have done at least 30 weeks in Asia over the last 15 years. I chose to book 3 nights in this hotel because of the Agoda reviews. I pre paid to get a supposed 55% off the regular price and ended up with a fairly basic bungalow with uncomfortable bed at bht 3,800 per night. It was crap, worth about 2,000 bht at best based on my experience. No reception, you had to go next door to the Sabine restaurant, very untidy, 6 bicycles stored inside, a sort of office desk in the middle with paperwork all over. Our room was clean but every time we turned the aircon off a mosquito would fly by. Breakfast was crap, even I can cook a better omelet. It’s no wonder I cannot find my review on Agoda website. I will never trust Agoda again. I travel approx 16 weeks a year and have never experience such a gulf between the Agoda reviews and my own experience. I blame Agoda, not the Thai family that are trying to run a second rate hotel. 2 star standard at best.

The staff here were incredible. I unfortunately came down with a high fever and was stuck in the room the majority of my stay. It was my birthday one of nights and the staff came to the room with a piece of cake, flowers, and sung me happy birthday on their own accord. So nice. I cried. They also made sure I had water and checked in. The room was clean, bed comfortable, pool was clean. Everything was great. Would definitely recommend and if I come back would stay here!

We spent Christmas and New Year at this charming hotel. Hong the lady who runs this hotel with her husband are amazing. So helpful and they really made our stay memorable for all the right reasons due to their friendly and caring attitudes. The air conditioned room was spacious and clean and housekeeping came in daily to clean etc. Breakfast was cooked to order and the man who does massages at the hotel was incredible. Great value beachfront hotel and we will definitely be back.

I chose this hotel as it looked smaller than some nearby and being on my own for 3 nights before I met up with family, I wanted somewhere ‘small and friendly’ rather than a large impersonal resort. I’d requested a high up room so was shown to a first floor room... not much of a view other than the roof of the bungalow in front, although I could just about see the sea through a gap in the trees. The room was large and had everything you needed including a fridge and a safe, although the safe was difficult to access as it was in a low down corner in the wardrobe. The bathroom was fine. The umbrella was a necessity at this time of year for the occasional tropical storm. Next time, I would opt for a pool view room. The pool was overlooking the sea, as was the breakfast/lunch terrace. It was tranquil as there were few people there when I was as the season had virtually ended. Breakfast and lunch were freshly made and the food was very good. Best omelette I have ever tasted and the fruit sublime - the mango was ripened perfection, with passion fruit and sweet pineapple. I thoroughly enjoyed the salads here too. There were plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner, if you didn’t want to stay in the hotel in the evening. The owners kindly dropped me off at my next hotel up the road after I’d stayed there. I would definitely return here for a chilled out stay.

Located at the end of the beach road, close to the shops, beautiful pool, right at the beach with direct access to the sea. Owners are very friendly and helpful, definitely the best place for this price.
