We spent 2 nights here. Except for the person who checked us in at reception, the service has not been great. Everyone gives the vibe of not caring. At breakfast, for example, no one came up to seat us, and after standing around for a few minutes we decide to seat ourselves - a waitress finally comes up to us... More

This seems one of the only 5 star hotels in Arusha. It delivers by being well maintained, clean, safe, spacious, quiet (except between 6 and 10 pm, see below), with a big garden area, and views of Mount Meru and the town. Staff is friendly and service is more than decent (although often slow). Room was spacious, and had all... More

Though fairly average rooms, the hotel and the surrounding garden provides a peaceful haven after visiting Arusha's hectic and very authentic market. For us, this stop in Arusha has been a great warm-up to a safari, and the authentic-Arusha & peacefull-Meru-hotel combo has worked great.

The hotel is excellent by all standard with very friendly staff and wonderful serenity. The services are wonderful and can be compared to any 5 star hotel in the world. Myself and family will sure come back for more holiday and will definitely stay at this hotel. The Sales and Marketing Executive Mr, Christopher Malleko is a wonderful guy, he... More

It is a great hotel, but The Service could be better. We were here 3 times in two weeks, but the restaurant called us to go to the reception to give my credit card number (with I have payed two times last week.... I can't imagine what they thought). Their english is not the best. The building and the rooms... More

Great place to stay in Arusha either before or after your Safari. Clean comfortable rooms, great pizza at the pool bar. The hotel is also frequented by climbers coming back from Kili. We stayed one night prior to our safari and spent the afternoon there before flying out. Recommend.

I stayed here only two hours as a "day room" between safari and international departure. The staff was friendly and the room comfortable and clean. The hotel has a luxury feeling, which for some travelers may be reassuring before or after the rigors of travel in rural Tanzania or for a business traveler to Arusha. But for style, I much... More

For most people on safari in northern Tanzania, this hotel is the first stop after a long flight into Kilimanjaro airport. It has all the comforts of a western hotel: Nice rooms with hot water, a pool, nice breakfast. A great place to start your journey.

Stayed one night and could experiment a room that is comfortable, spacious, clean, with all the amnesties. The hotel is well kept, surrounded by large gardens. Check in was a bit slow, wifi was ok and free, breakfast was great. Charged 4% for the use of the credit card, which I am not sure is proper. The down side of... More
