Bad: - The staff need to stop generalizing that everyone is not local. Stop assuming everyone speaks Swahili. - Have folks/ supervisors who are fluent in English, so atleast they can translate. - None of the issues would get resolved at first attempt - Not cheap! Then again, Tanzania in general isnt anymore. - WIFI plain and simply is hit... More

MM hotel is set in a beautiful surrounding with a hill / mountain range on its backdrop and around it. The hotel has a big and marvellous landscape garden and it is a lovely experince to go for leisurely walk particularly early morning when the birds are at their best. The hotel is about 45 minutes drive from the Kilimanjaro... More

A tremendous surprise in the quiet peaceful area of Arusha. This huge property has everything you would need all on site. All the spa treatments, salon for men and women, travel agent, currency exchange, ATM, business center are all on site within the hotel. Gorgeous lush green manicured grounds with a huge green setting including a golf course. The staff... More

We had two nights towards the end of our trip to stay in the hotel. We didn't anticipate being able to leave so, we were ready for lots of eating, drinking and card playing. To our luck there was Arusha Fest going on at the hotel! It made our weekend with a pool party, wine and cheese tastings, and we... More

Arrived at the hotel after midnight straight from Kilimanjaro International Airport and was pleasantly surprised by the reception welcome as well as the fact that they had 24hr room service. Pleasant rooms (though abit small) but all the amenities available. Super breakfast and perfect spot for a quick stop-over in Arusha.

As a tourist operator in Arusha, with continued visitation in the place and frequent recommendation to most of my clients who were fully satsified by service and environment and enjoyed their stay there, I feel honored to recommend this place for your stay while in Arusha. I dont have business relationship with this hotel.

After about 30 hours of flight i would have liked the room to offer a little more light. Even with all the lights on in the room it was very dim. The room was nice tho. I was never able to figure out why they have the shower door(?) in such a way that it is not possible to get... More

We stayed here our first night in TZ and it was really lovely. Cocktails outside, stunning buffets, beautiful rooms. Enjoyed strolling the well landscaped grounds and slept like a baby. The buffets were giant works of art and delicious. Hotel arranged by Africa Adventure Company as part of our package.

As to be expected in this price range, hotel had a great pool, nice buffet breakfast. Rooms were small, no balcony and air con was not really achieving its aim of cooling the room. Wifi was excellent, reasonable selection of drinks by the pool. Note when ordering a taxi that the hotel appears to support excessive fares ie airport fare... More

Stayed there for one short night after a long international flight and before leaving on a safari the next morning. We didn't use any of the services so I cannot give a detailed feedback. However the room was very nice, clean and comfortable, bathroom nice and clean, breakfast varied and good. Breakfast area onlooking a beautiful garden.
