We stayed at planet lodge for two days before our safari, it is located in a quiet part of Arusha. The huts are clean and the grounds are well kept with lots of vegetation.

We loved the accommodation, and the food and staff were faultless. We were pleasesently surprised by everything that we found. The pool was a bonus after a few rough days and the staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome
We used a transfer arranged by our trekking company. If you have pre-arranged a tour ask your in-country point of contact. I also noticed drivers for hire waiting at the airport which could be an option for you
