Stayed here before and after climbing Kilimanjaro, the hotel was lovely and clean upon arrival and had porters to take our (very heavy) bags to our rooms. The lobby had a lot of space with chairs and tables and it also had free wi fi in lobby and bar in the hotel. On way to kili we stayed for one...

We were on a 21 day tour of Kenya and Tanzania March and April 2014 and stayed at the Snow Crest Hotel in Arusha, Tanazania for three (3) nights. The service at the hotel was excellent and the rooms were first class. We had breakfast and dinners at the hotel and were very pleased with the food. The Hotel is...

I have stayed at the Snow Crest Hotel twice while accompanying my partner on his business trips. The staff are very friendly but the managers are out of reach! What I dislike most is the breakfast! They have the worst breakfast! The rooms are superb especially the shower. The beds are comfortable. The gym equipment were not working on both...

We stayed in this hotel before and after climbing Mt Kilimanjaro. Considering the conditions in the tents on the side of a mountain, the hotel is a welcomed sight of returning back to normality. However, the hotel room layout and numbering can leave you puzzled to where your room is actually located. Normally in hotels the rooms with a number...

I recently stayed at the Snowcrest Hotel because I was running a conference there. The hotel is located just outside of town which is nice because you don't get the disturbance of being in the city centre. I really enjoyed my stay there. It is so quiet at night. The staff are very polite and very friendly and Elias, Silvano...

Used hotel before and after climbing Kili. This hotel was ok but returning to room after breakfast to find two cleaners robbing me was not what i expected. I then had to search them before throwing them out. They had tried taking money and credit cards, had emptied all of my bags and were putting all of my valuable items...

A nice hotel with excellent service located just outside Arusha. Free internet is provided along with a cable. Service at breakfast was very good. Our guide indicated that sometimes the Prime Minister stayed here or had conferences here when working in Arusha. Foreign Exchange wasn't open but the hotel was able to track down the foreign exchange guy and do...

We stayed at the Snow Crest Hotel both before and after our Tanzanian safari, and we were pleased with the comfort, appearance, and cleanliness of our room and the hotel. Dinner service in the bar was slow, but all other aspects of service were very good. WiFi worked only in public areas. Because it is a convention hotel, occupancy varies...
