Arusha is a tourist city and accommodation can be expensive. Budget hotels are available but not up to standard. This hotel is fairly new, staff are willing to assist at any time and the manager makes sure that guests are comfortable. WiFi not so good. Shower can be too hot at times and luke warm or cold at times. Overall...

Does what it says on the tin. Hotel is OK, if a little basic. Breakfast was fine. Staff friendly. Shower wasn't great and the lift was out of action with a power cut, but overall, we didn't dislike our stay.

The hotel was ok and the lady at the reception was helpful and really kind to us but not happy about the staff at the restaurant. Me and my friend are vegetarians and wantes pasta and asked if we could get some vegetables with the sauce but the waiter told us that we could not. I think its weird that...

This hotel got recommended to me by a friend. Its downtown. Convenient to walk anywhere around town. Working elevator. English speaking staff. Great rates. Warm water !!!!! And that is a very valuable characteristic in comparison with other hotels in Tanzania. Including great water pressure in the 4th floor. Perfect room temperature. Comfy beds. Love it - would recommend it...

We stayed here for two nights after climbing Kili. The hotel is well located near the market, comfortable and the rooms were clean. A nice place after a tough week at the mountain. Ask for a room with views to Mt. Meru. The buffet breakfast is not the greatest but we found that food in hotels was not the best...

My husband and I spent a total of 3 nights at the beginning and end of our safari. This is a basic hotel. Rooms are a reasonable size with A/C and TV (there was a movie channel). Bathroom is a good size, shower ok (lots of hot water) but the towels were rough beyond belief. Everything was clean. The restaurant...

As long as you don't go to Mc-Elly's expecting to be in the lap of luxury, you're not going to go away disappointed. This is a budget hotel that provides the basics and little else, and if that's what you're looking for - you're going to come away satisfied. The rooms, although small, are comfortable. Air conditioning, a private bathroom,...

I had made a reservation Via their cell numbers and my arrival date would be on November 11th 2014 and was confirmed of the same. I arrived on the arrival date around 10pm at night with my two sleepy babies and wife after a tiring drive from Kilimanjaro Airport just to hear the Staff at the reservation/ reception desk tell...

Basic hotel and amenities, friendly and helpful staff, yummy food. The only problem is that it is noisy. I could hear next door's shower in the middle of the night, as well as pounding on the wall very early in the morning.

I stayed here a night before and after safari. The person doing check in was not overly friendly, did not offer to have any one help me with my bags either time. However when I got off elevator another employee, same lady both times saw me and helped me with my bags. I also felt the housekeeping staff was very...
