It is the best hotel in the area. The hotel is a bit dated. Our room was decent and spacious. Unlike all other Taiwanese hotels, this hotel doesn't have the usual amenities like comb, razor etc. Both diner and breakfast is buffet-style and mainly geared towards Chinese food. The hotel equipped is mainly for Chinese visitors. Little English is spoken....

Tourists service centre is just down the hill of resort. Buffet breakfast and dinner are provided. Lunch need to make reservation for steam boat and not cheap. My 1st two day have not managed to get a seat for lunch. Suggest to bring cup noodles for lunch if not have to buy from tourists centre. Up and down the hill...

check in was fast and reception service is great. rooms are good size but only problem is breakfast and meals provided can be super crowded. i very good base for visiting the She-Pa National Park and surroundings. No better way really if you are here to see the cherry blossoms. If you are given rooms near the main hallways, this...

Terrible service. Horrible attitudes from receptionist and waiters.

Check in 3pm and check out is at 11am. Receptionists are very friendly and helpful even though they couldn't speak English and I communicated with a little mandarin. Breakfast , dinner and supper are included in the room rate. And we were given a spa voucher as well but we didn't use it. Room is clean and spacious and we...

I was planning for a personal retreat and a Taiwanese friend recommended this place to me. This hotel was located up on a slope and it takes tonnes of energy to walk up to the hotel. The lobby was spacious and the reception table was huge. I was greeted with hot tea when I was checking in. Since there was...

We stayed at this hotel after trekking in the area. The booking included dinner, breakfast and access to the spa. The room was good and the spa was excellent. What lets this hotel down as others on Trip Advisor have commented is the food. Having spent two weeks travelling around Taiwan staying in many hotels and eating lots of restaurants...

The overall standard of the hotel is good in this rural area, Wuling Farm. We stayed in a Triple Bed Room and its size is big enough. Their staffs are helpful and nice. Also, the location of this hotel is the best in Wuling Farm. It is so convenient for you to walk to the other cherry blossoms spots. Visitors...

This is a huge hotel which is probably only half full most of the year and seemed to be mainly servicing tour buses with one night stays for overnight visitors to WuLing Farm. We stayed three nights and had an extra large family room which was big enough for us to have a separate sleeping area for our young baby....
